Very clean property and the beach is beautiful. For those who might need 4 actual bedrooms the bunks are out in the open area in the lower level—not enclosed in a closed door room and you have to go outside to access that area. The lower level has an odd smell but probably just humidity related? Not sure. Managers are very responsive but you will also receive some auto emails with inaccurate and old info which could be confusing, and a few with warnings about extra fees they will charge if you break any rules. You cannot leave anything in the rental such as beach toys, cooking spices, tinfoil etc. that might be useful to the next renters and there are no games. They do have extra beach chairs. It would be nice to have a small tool kit—finding a screwdriver was a mission one day! There is also not a grill if that’s important to you. They say there is no smoking on the entire property, even the parking lot but several units were smoking on their decks so not true for the whole property if that is an issue for any. Parking is tight as mentioned in the property details but there is info on the fridge that says to call a number to find out how much Alvin’s charges to park in their lot. We called and it was clear that Alvin’s was annoyed their number was being given out-they do NOT have parking for a fee on their lot. Laundry is in the lower level so be sure to look in the bedroom closets for the basket to carry it down in, which we missed until the last day.
