Family Spring Break

The condo was clean and well appointed. The patio and easy access to the beach and pool were perfect. There was some unexpected construction on the building towards the end of our stay but Jan quickly made it right. It was a fun trip and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo!

Very clean and lovely condo. Excellent place to vacay! Perfect location! We will definitely be back!! Owners were great to work with and very accommodating! Ten out of ten recommend!

Absolutely my favorite place!

This was my favorite location for a relaxation destination! I will be back. I felt safe and amazing restaurants all around and golf. This place was just what I needed! Jan was super easy to contact and gave me all the info I needed to get this planned and organized in getting in safely! Love this!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. Beach is an easy walk down. Much closer then some other condos. Building is dated but Condo was updated nicely. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Nice welcome package. Would stay here again.

Exceptional Location

I needed a mental health break and came by myself. I was very impressed that the gorgeous ocean was just 50 steps out the door. I honestly didn't want to leave, it was paradise. The bed could have used a topper on it, but that is just me being nit picky. Restaurants were within walking or a short driving distance. I'll definitely be back!

Nearly perfect

We stayed in D104 in August 2024 and it was almost perfect. We loved the direct access to the private beach. We spent a lot of time enjoying the patio watching the dolphins play in the surf. The condo had almost everything we needed and what we didn’t have was quickly solved with a quick note to Corey and Jan who responded within hours. The unit was very clean and well kept. Corey and Jan were excellent at communicating, they said that there had been some trouble with the lock keypad and they tested it prior to arrival and proactively left us a backup key ( which we didn’t end up needing). We will be back!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The location of the property was perfect, especially with young children. The owners were very accommodating and were willing to help us with anything we were missing in the condo.

Great view with easy access to ocean

Property was located in good area within 10-15 minutes of everyplace we wanted to go. View and access to ocean/beach was the best part. Having two chairs and umbrella reserved for us for the week was super helpful. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only two things, patio door is super heavy to open and close and does not have good seal, door whistled when windy (which was pretty much all week). I think if door was replaced the condo wouldn’t have as much moisture. Grill at complex had no way to light , the igniter was broken and we had no lighter or matches since we flew.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay, it was on the ground floor, right by the walkway to the beach so it was so convenient to come in from the beach not having to use the elevator. Our covered porch had a great view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend if you are considering!

Disappointed

Condo was not clean, dust under furniture and back of couch, cobwebs in bathroom, carpet was dirty, floors were unclean and sticky. Could not swim bc of red flags on beach and pool was out of order 4 of the 5 days we were there and when it did open it was dirty and they hadn't even vaccumed it. Dire need of updates and beds were old and uncomfortable. 2 half rolls of toilet paper were not nearly enough for 4 girls, 2 hotel size bars of soap, no beach towels, price was not reasonable compared to all the negatives. I have never stayed in a condo that didnt have a office where you cd get the supplies you need. Only upside the condo was in a good location and easy access to pool and beach.

Great place to stay with elderly and children. Easy Access to beach and pool. Very clean. Great location and I would stay there again. Wonderful views and a large lawn for kids to play. Parking right out front.

Sister's getaway

My sister and I and our husbands had the most relaxing and comfortable visit to the beach thanks to our stay at your condo. Being able to walk right out the patio doors to watch and listen to the ocean, which was no more than 50 steps away( brother-in-law confirmed) was amazing. The door is also just steps away from the pool! We appreciated how large, open and clean everything was, we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. Thank you. Alma and Cynthia
