Esta unidad es un condominio 1BR / 1BA espacioso (1036 pies cuadrados) hermosamente decorado en el piso 5, con cama king size y un nuevo sofá de cuero con cama tamaño queen. Televisor de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio. Cocina totalmente equipada con nuevas encimeras de granito, además de comedor y barra de desayuno.

El condominio tiene acceso directo a la playa a través del paseo marítimo privado. El balcón da a la piscina, a la playa y al hermoso Golfo de México. Siéntese en el balcón y disfrute del amanecer de la mañana con la bebida que elija. Por la tarde, el balcón tiene sombra, lo que le permite disfrutar de la brisa del golfo. Was a great stay. Condo was nice and clean and well appointed. Stocked well for at least two days for household cleaning and items. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Will stay here again!!

Overall had a great stay, beautiful views from balcony and bedroom. Quiet, peaceful, and perfect for our family of three. The view from the bedroom for sunrise was the best!! Check in was easy, had wonderful communication and detailed instructions.

The condo was perfect. The weather was amazing and beach service was top notch. My only complaint was having to walk through the muddy sand from the pool construction after rensing off from the beach. It made it impossible to keep sand out of the condo. It would have been nice to have a cleaner walkpath back from the deck to the automated doors. Other than that, we had a great time.

Good location

The condo was clean, well appointed and centrally located. Some issues, the TV remote in bedroom didn't work and the shower head delivered harsh needle like pressure.

The shower was nice but the shower had to much pressure and felt like it was piercing your skin. Also the hot water heater was so small one person couldn't even take a shower without running out of water.

Great place with a nice view.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The balcony and bedroom views are amazing, the location is perfect, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Classic Beach Vacation

Overall the property & stay was really great! They did a good job with all the updates and really maximized the space inside. The couch & bed were super comfy and everything was clean. The AC was super cold and worked great. The only thing it needed to be 100% perfect (especially bc of the price point), was some new cookware, like pans, silverware, & other kitchen utensils etc., since we like to cook, but that is a super easy fix. The property grounds are really well maintained, easy to get to and have everything you’d need for the beach. Definitely 5 stars & worth it overall! :)

Amazing Gulf Views, Excellent Property/Location

The property was exactly as described! Clean, nicely/newly furnished beachfront condo with AMAZING views! The location was excellent, right across from Baytowne Wharf and near outlets. No long waits for elevators. Very short walk to the beach. If there was anything at all to complain about the only thing I can think of is that when the air kicked on, there was a musty smell that would blow out at first. We checked the air filters just to see and they were perfectly clean and looked to have just been replaced, so it is probably just within the unit or building itself. GREAT GREAT place to stay!

Excellent Beach Location

This property was excellent for our family. Beach views were spectacular. It’s a very safe place for a family to go on vacation. The property management let us into the condo early and we were so grateful. Personnel on the property were helpful and courteous. This resort has many restaurants and places for younger children to have fun as well.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check in. Covered parking was nice. The host was also great with communication. Right across the street from Baytowne Wharf with lots of restaurants and shopping that you can walk to or drive. Easy access to the beach. The condo was perfect for two.

Nice condo, great views!

We loved the condo and its views! The condo was clean and neat and everything was brand new! There was easy beach access and you can rent chairs easily on the beach. There is even a hotdog stand and cocktail shack right on the beach by the complex! The only issue we had was with the toilet. It didn’t flush well and often had to be flushed more than once. Also, it would be helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the den television. We could not find the major channels. Overall, we would definitely recommend the condo and the complex!

Great location.

The stay at this location was good our family. The location, property manager, space for family of 4, and check in process (user friendly app) was great and seamless. The cleanliness wasn't best as it relates to detail. The common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bedroom were clean. However, we have 4 people in our family and our intention was to use the pull our couch for our children. The extra pillows provided in the closet were not clean, so that made me question if the extra blanket and sheets were clean. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase new pillows and I traveled with clean sheets so we used those. In the bathroom the towel rack was not clean (hair was on it) and the shower mat that is stored in the drawer was not clean and had hair in it. So, I would recommend cleaning staff to check those areas, not every guest uses these items each stay but they must assume they have been used and clean them. Otherwise, you can't beat having an ocean/poolside view and easy access to the beach. Traveling with kids it is great to be able to get beach quick and easily.
