Family Vacation

Always a great experience!! House was well equipped for all our needs. The only negative was one of the golf carts did not have seat belts.

Perfect Getaway

Overall the property is exactly as described BEAUTIFUL! The only issue were related to House Keeping and are no reflection on the property or the property owner as she was very responsive and empathetic: - Cleanliness of home on check-in was average. I saw empty water bottles under console and dirt on the walls and floors, reported to house keeping, but they never addressed the cleanliness issue. - The sheets and towels, although might have been clean were stained. I prefer sheets and towels that are not stained. My guest felt the same. Housekeeping sent someone to change sheets and brought extra towels. - The beds were hard, I have a bad back and knee problems, so it was not comfortable to me. My guest felt the same with the other beds. I still recommend the property and would definitely, stay here again!

Everything was amazing

This property was the perfect home away from home for our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the home as well as its location. And, having 2 golf carts was a wonderful added bonus! The management company was very responsive with our questions. Truly, everything was perfect! We would stay here again!

Great location, great home, would recommend

Pros: - Location - Golf carts - Cleanliness of home - Size and space of home Cons: - Check-in is on the later side at 4pm (especially if you're Ubering from airport and have nowhere to store bags) - Propane tank was empty - Needed to buy a few items - e.g. trash bags Bottom line: Pros heavily outweighed the Cons. Would stay again.

Lovely property! Looks just like the pictures with extras! I have stayed in the sandestin resort area before, this home was much better. Golf carts were great to get around and go to the beach without the hassle of finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break 2024

We had a great time at this property! The 4 full baths and bedrooms were perfect for our party of 6! We had an issue with one golf cart and they were on site same day to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home.

Great SanDestin resort house

My family truly enjoyed this property and our stay. We have been coming to Sandestin for 10+ years and this is the best house we’ve rented so far! Very close to the new Hotel Effie and Baytowne Wharf. I would only change the checkout time and bring more towels. All of the appliances and furniture seemed close to new!

Beautiful home!

It was so nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and it had chairs for the beach. The home is well decorated, close to everything, and the two golf carts were so fun!!

A Family Favorite

We are repeat Vrbo users and have stayed at multiple properties in Florida over the years. We've also stayed in a different home in this same community. This property was EXACTLY as advertised. We even got a "heads up" call regarding some of the HOA rules to avoid extra fines and to make us aware of things that were previously damaged prior to our arrival. All amenities needed were only a golf cart ride away. We loved it and look forward to staying there again. Simply put, it was the perfect property for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful and Cozy

We loved this property! Sandestin alone is gorgeous, and everything is so easily accessible. We parked the vehicles once we arrived and didn’t crank up again until we left. Having the two golf carts was a game changer for the vacation. There is a pool within walking distance, but I highly suggest if you have kids riding the golf cart up to the pool that you pass on the main Baytowne road. It’s more kid friendly with its walk in entrance. The property manager was a joy to work with. We can’t wait to stay here again!

1866 Villa Lago Review

This villa was perfect for our weekend getaway beach trip. The Villa was beautiful, stocked with everything you need. It sat on the beautiful golf course. It also came with two, six seater golf carts which were perfect for us to take to the beach and Baytowne Wharf! Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely be back!!

Great spring break vacation!

Property was exactly as described, very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to celebrate our daughters birthday. The golf carts were perfect for going back and forth to the beach without parking issues. I would definitely book this home again for our next Destin vacation.
