With the largest four bedroom floor plan in the resort, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! This is truly the ideal family vacation home. Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, fishing, watersports or shopping, our location offers convenience to it all. A short spin on the golf cart will take you directly to the sandy white beach. The sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and you will be surrounded by the a championship 18-hole golf course. Head on over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of the Resort's premier restaurants.

Our recently renovated second floor villa is tastefully appointed in stylish coastal furnishings and finishes. With soaring ceilings, the family room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for eight, and there is additional bar seating for three. Step onto the screened balcony through french doors and take in a beautiful golf course view. There is plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining the whole group.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, access to the outside screened balcony, generous closet space, and an adjoining master bathroom. With custom stonework, the master bath offers an oversize shower and double vanity. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a queen size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, there is an HDTV in every bedroom, and the laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary. There is no elevator for the building.

The swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea is heated seasonally, and located about 30 yards away. The tram stop picks up passengers near the swimming pool. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots identified as TIV3 however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
