This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental, with beach access, located in the quiet GATED community of Paradise Retreat, is ready to give your Destin getaway the luxury it deserves! Easily walk to the beach or take the courtesy Golf Cart for a drive along the beach!

Booking window is traditionally Saturday to Saturday. Some weeks may allow for shorter booking periods. If you are unable to book the dates required, it is likely outside of the approved check-in and check-out window.

The living room has a brand new 65in 4K SMART TV

Each bedroom comes with a 4K Smart Fire TV equipped with cable TV.

Student groups will require a minimum damage deposit of $100 cash per person in addition to the base damage deposit. Student groups are charged on a per person basis (Usually around $400 depending on size) and must be approved before booking. Must have one 25-year-old per every four guests under the age of 25. Student Groups are required to complete an Addendum prior to being granted access to the property. Failure to complete Addendum, provide cash deposit, or attempting to conceal student group status will result in eviction and loss of any and all funds. Student groups are checked-in in person.

Driveway fits 2 vehicles, and the garage fits another 1 guest vehicle. If you need more parking, contact me in advance.

Rates are based on 10 guests. Additional guests are $25 per night, with a minimum of $100 per stay. DURING THE SUMMER, WEEKLY RATES ALWAYS APPLY. Can sometimes cross Saturdays. Holiday fee of $300 may be charged.

Student pricing is done on a per student basis and WILL be different than quoted price. Please contact me with questions.

Please ask for my rental agreement before booking. Where in conflict, the terms of my rental agreement supersede all other terms and information elsewhere.

If for any reason Guest cancels, transfers, or changes reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to Guest as follows, there IS NOT a 24-hour grace period:

a. 25% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change with 60 or more days remaining before arrival date.

b. Full forfeiture for any cancellations or changes made with less than 60 days remaining before arrival date.

This home is located minutes from an ADA-compliant wheelchair beach access!!!
The community has a private beach access. The chairs and umbrellas located there are owned and managed by an independent company; reservations and pricing are not included in the cost of rental and is the responsibility of the guest.
