Vacation in Miramar

This condo was just perfect, the host communicated all necessary information and quickly responded with any questions. The unit has great views of the ocean and was super quiet. The pool and hot tub were super close and super clean. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes which was nice. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thanks so much, we will be back.

One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. It was spacious and contained great amenities. Property manager was very helpful and a phone call away. Cannot provide any cons to our stay.

Spring break trip

We’re a family of four from Michigan that came down to the Destin area for the first time over spring break. We loved pretty much everything about the Destin area and particularly this rental. The unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and had a great layout and view of the ocean. It is also in a great location about halfway between downtown Destin and the 30A area, with a great Publix five minutes away. The building is about a five minute walk to the beach and the development had multiple pools that we were able to use, and did. The pool closest to the beach also has a restaurant/bar that was great. Our kids (7 and 9) loved the pools and the beach and randomly made new friends pretty much every day. We contacted our host just a few times to ask questions and she always responded quickly. Overall, great unit and facility and we will be back.

We stayed in the property over Father's Day weekend. Communication from Suzette was great. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A much needed break. Everything went smoothly. I will be booking again.

We booked this property for a quick weekend getaway girls trip- it was perfect! The views from the balcony and bedroom are stunning. The resort offers a tram down to the beach access, but the walk down does not take very long at all! everyone in our group was very impressed with the condo, and we’re looking forward to future stays!

Beautiful Condo in our favorite resort style community on the beach

The condo is in a prime location, a few minutes by foot to the gorgeous white sand beach. Staying in Topsl resort for the 5th time and we always choose to come back as it is perfect for my family. The condo is very spacious, 2 bedrooms, nicely renovated bathrooms and the views from tge balcony and master bedroom are breathtaking. The condo was clean. Had everything needed for our stay and the host was very quick to respond when we had some questions. Highly recommend this condo as it has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Great views & location. Very clean & nicely sized condo.

We loved our time in Suzette’s condo. Check in was very easy and we were able to arrive early to use the pools & beachside bar before checking in. The views from the master bedroom & balcony were awesome. The location and beach access were perfect for us. The pools were great, the beachside restaurant and bar was a little pricey but to be expected on the beach. (If you’re going to drink at the bar fairly often the souvenir cup is worth it for larger, stronger drinks.) Suzette had great communication and was very accommodating. We hope to stay again the next time we’re in Destin!

Winter getaway

Recently renovated condo! Comfy beds, new sofa, clean and updated kitchen, updated bathrooms (very nice) and beautiful views! Grounds and beach is very nice. Suzette checks in regularly to make sure everything is okay! Would recommend this condo 👍

Great area

Loved this resort and location. Very convenient to everything, shops, restaurants, grocery stores,beach, pools. Couches need to be updated, sofa bed couch was sagging. Overall loved our stay.

Fall break 2023

We actually stayed at costa vista due to a problem w the other property. It was a cozy little place perfect for me , my husband and teenage son. The location was excellent. Steps from the beach and the beach was very clean. The thing that impressed me most was the communication was almost immediate. We appreciated that so much. Lots of things to do and restaurants with in a mile or 2. We will definitely be back.

Family Getaway

We timed our trip perfect and missed all of the crowds. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than we expected, but we keep a wagon in our vehicle and were able to use that for hauling the kids and beach gear back and forth. The beds were great and they were able to provide a crib for our youngest. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and putt putt. The location in town was also excellent. We were very thankful for all the ways they accomodated us.

Super nice

Very nice property. Pictures are true. Easy walk to beach. Pool is next to building. Suzette is an amazing host, and will flip the world to correct any problem, she responds almost instantly. However, living room furniture is uncomfortable..and, this is a tennis only community, it’s nice, but has a retirement home feel. Do not get behind a resident entering the property, ugh, slow roll, speed limit is 10, and trust me that’s the limit. It’s not 30A cool, but a strong location.

Absolutely perfect in every way

We absolutely loved our stay here. We traveled for a family vacation, two adults with our 2 year old son. It was very easy to access the property. The large luggage carts made it very easy to get our luggage up to the unit. The photos of the listing perfectly displayed what we discovered. Very clean with an incredible view. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept very well. We loved having very close access to the pool and beach. The host was very nice and prompt to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and are dreaming of a family vacation back.

Good Times!

I first want to address the high level of customer service I received from Miss Suzette..she is so freakin sweet and my questions were answered promptly and happily. The unit was just as pictured, the views were amazing being on the 10th floor…real close to the beach but if you didn’t want to walk they had a golf cart that can pick you up and drop off..we walked no problem , literally like 3 to 5 min depending on your speed…the beach was so beautiful! Location was far away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to conveniences and restaurants..highly recommend Ruby Slipper Diner for breakfast…definitely would recommend and will do business again.
