Construction and pool closure

Parking registration was difficult. The property was under construction. We were advised that the pools would be closed for 3 days the night before we left.

Great place Great Location

The pictures don’t do the place justice were the first words out of my wife and daughter’s mouth. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. All amenities worked and basic necessities were adequate. The location is a great with the beach just across the street… a very easy walk.. the condo is a very convenient area close to everything you want in the area.

Great location and had everything we needed

We stay in Leeward Key all the time. We had not stayed in this unit yet, but it was just as nice as others we have stayed in. Love the 2nd floor as you can avoid the elevator. It comes with 2 rental chairs. This would be the one downside of most of these rentals is lack of other beach chairs and beach towels. When flying I can't bring chairs and towels take up so much room. Fortunately my parents were in another unit and drove so they were able to bring some stuff down for us. Beds were comfortable. We did have to use the pull out couch so maybe a set of bunk beds or queen beds in the 2nd bedroom would allow more sleeping space, but it's not a deal breaker. Plenty of bathroom towels and kitchen was fairly well equipped. Could use some additional knives. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The property was perfect for our "grown-up girls weekend" away. Plenty of space, clean and easy access. The location with the beach access across the street was perfect and we loved sitting poolside after dinner to watch the sunset.

Clean, easy access to pools and beach. Only issue was lack of hot water first 2 days but was easily rectified once we contacted customer service. Hot water heater needed to be reset.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at Leeward Key! The location is perfect and we felt very safe. The condo could use some updating but overall was very nice! RealJoy was very responsive to any questions we had and left clear check-in and out instructions. We look forward to our next Miramar Beach trip!

Great place to stay with a family and great location to the beach

We really enjoyed how convenient it was to have the private beach access. Access to the 2 pools, the beach, and the fitness center were all great perks and very appealing. Walking across the street to the pool and beach was amazing and didn't have to worry about parking. We loved staying at Leeward Keys and can't wait to go back.

Do not want to be charged for these things in the condo, I was not responsible for.

I did sent an email to the management, with things that were not in good condition. 5 dinningroom chairs, the cushions were not bolted to the chairs. The lamp in the living room. Doesn't work. I tryed different outlets and bulbs. And a recliner cushion on the patio needs to be stiched. Completely open on the head rest. A picture in the guest room needs to he re hung, the hardware did not support the weight of the frame. Otherwise, me and my mother enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice but smelly

Great area on Miramar Beach. Quite beach. Family Friendly. The pool area was clean and pool restroom clean The unit needs updating and it had a dirty laundry smell. The comforter on the King Bed was the culprit of the dirty laundry smell. Definitely need replacing.

Amazing location

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute drive to Harborwalk Village and Marina for fun activities. 15 minute drive to a grocery store but found out that the local DG (which is walking distance) carry food too. Would definitely stay here again.
