Our door code didn't work. Took over an hour and two calls to get in the room. There is no on-site help with check ins. When maintenance did call, he was effecient and friendly, he had us in the room within 3 minutes. The two bunk bed mattresses were so thin you felt like you were laying directly on the wood. Bring extra blankets, the bedding is basically a sheet. This room was directly in front of the elevator and the bedroom had a window to the hallway so it was VERY loud. The balcony furniture was great, although we did have an issue with lots of things falling down onto us from up above ie cereal, chips, black olives. The walk to the beach was easy. Also although there is a gate and someone watching this gated area during the day. The gate is unmanned and gates left open at night.
We liked the location and the size of the room, easy access to beach. Due to the noise, we will not stay here again.
These issues are all things i look for when finding a place. If you can fall asleep easy and stay asleep, would be a great place for you.
