    SERVICIO DE PLAYA ESTACIONAL GRATIS 1 DE MARZO - 30 DE NOVIEMBRE (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla)

    Esta lujosa casa adosada frente al mar tiene cinco dormitorios, cuatro baños y una piscina privada con vista a la playa, con capacidad para 16 personas cómodamente. La casa cuenta con una sala de estar de lujo, encimeras de granito en la cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos de madera dura en el segundo y tercer piso y baldosas de travertino en el primer piso. Piscina de chapoteo (8. 5 x 6)

     Este lujoso alojamiento es la casa perfecta para reuniones familiares o bodas frente a la playa. Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas del Golfo desde los tres balcones. Un ascensor privado. ASCENSOR DISPONIBLE PARA USO A PEDIDO.

    El primer piso alberga una de las habitaciones principales con cama king size, baño privado, minibar y balcón privado con piscina de bienvenida, así como una habitación con literas amuebladas con dos literas que suman cuatro camas de tamaño completo y un televisor de pantalla plana.

    En el segundo piso encontrará una hermosa cocina totalmente equipada. El comedor ofrece asientos para ocho en la mesa del comedor y para dos en el bar. La sala de estar, que ofrece vistas al golfo desde todos los ángulos, está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana, un sofá cama y un balcón con asientos al aire libre. También en esta planta, encontrará un dormitorio de invitados con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana.

    El tercer piso cuenta con el dormitorio principal con cama king-size, balcón privado frente al golfo, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha a ras de suelo y tocador doble. Hay un dormitorio de invitados adicional con cama extra grande, TV de pantalla plana y baño.

    Primer piso: capacidad para 10

    Habitación con literas con dos literas (completa sobre la totalidad), dormitorio de invitados con cama King con sofá cama, baño privado y balcón privado.

    Segundo piso: capacidad para 2

     Cocina, comedor, sala de estar con sofá cama. Dormitorio de invitados con una cama doble y baño de visitas. Hay un sofá cama en el segundo piso.

    Tercer piso: capacidad para 4

     Dormitorio principal con cama King, baño privado, balcón privado frente al golfo, dormitorio de invitados con cama King y baño privado.

    La piscina comunitaria de Frangista Beach se encuentra a poca distancia y se calienta durante los meses más fríos.

    Debido a las restricciones de la Asociación de Propietarios, no se permiten carpas ni toldos en Frangista Beach.

    Estacionamiento disponible para hasta 2-4 vehículos dependiendo del tamaño. No hay estacionamiento adicional disponible en el vecindario, pero está disponible fuera del sitio.

    CALEFACCIÓN DE LA PISCINA: la piscina / spa privado se puede calentar por $ 20 adicionales por día. El calor de la piscina se debe comprar para toda la estancia.

Great property and location. Perfect for our family. The added chair setup on the beach was a great touch. The house was fully stocked. Very clean. Attentive property manager. Would stay again.

The beach wasn’t crowded and we loved having the two chairs already set up each morning, with the option to bring down other chairs with us. The house was modern and clean, and the beds were comfy! We’ve stayed so many places in this area, but Frangista is now our favorite!!!❤️

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Amazing

Beautiful and convenient. Quick turn around on minor issues and questions. Well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels and beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). Ready to reserve for next year.

AMAZING STAY

Plenty of room, very clean, well stocked kitchen, lovely private splash pool and comfortable beds. We had a leaky faucet and they came out that day to repair it. I would definitely return!!

Place needs tlc. Pictures deceiving. Pool was a joke. Frangista was very good. Owners need to step up their game. Had to request a new mattress for the master. Had a depression with spring felt.

Summer family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice clean property right on the beach for extremely easy access. On day 2 of our stay which was in the summer the capacitor went out on one of the a/c units. I called Frangista Beach Properties and the capacitor was replaced and unit was back working in just 2 hours. Other than that which was not really a big issue because it was handled so well there was no other issues at all. A very nice stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

What a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two homes side by side to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great location; but needs a little attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First floor states it sleeps way.....there are two sets of double wide bunk beds in a converted single car garage. There is a notice attached to the bunks that states “upper bunk beds are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 8 or over the weight of 120#s. Only one person per upper bunk bed, please”. Therefore, that only allows for 6 (not 8 as stated) can stay in that bunk room. We had 4 grandsons....one @ age 11; one @ age 7; and two @ age 6. The mattresses are horrible; kids hated sleeping there. The 11 year old could not turn on his side without a spring poking his shoulder and he only weighs 100#s. Definitely not conventional bunk bed mattresses. Beware anyone planning to use this for teenagers will be very disappointed. The construction of the double bunks is very poor quality. The one bunk is not bolted to the center steps. The bunks need to be replaced with traditional twin bunk beds. This would make the property exceptional!

Beautiful stay

The home was beautiful with a wonderful location. So easy to get our family to the beach and back! We had special circumstances and the owner was more than accommodating to our needs and changes. This trip was a true blessing for our family.

Wonderful October vacation
