Very accommodating- quick to respond! House is beautiful- we’ve stayed at a couple in the neighborhood and this one is our new favorite- so spacious, green space out back, love the layout. It’s perfect… golf cart ride to shops/restaurant/groceries/the beach- and Baytown wharf which the kids LOVE. The internet did not work, turns out it was an outdated network/passwork- they tried to fix but still- but even with updated network- it was too spotty to be able to use their cable or stream anything… we had tablets for the kids so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Wonderful house, fantastic deck

We have stayed in the Laurel Grove neighborhood 4 times. This was our favorite house. The deck is fantastic!! Property was clean, came with some beach stuff, and the property manager was great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

The place was beautiful and very clean! Great location! We really enjoyed our stay!We would definitely like to come back and stay!The only issues were that it listed a gas grill and that a six seat golf cart would be available. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The golf cart wasn’t working and the grill was a charcoal grill.But the management company did provide a 4 seater golf cart and a new charcoal grill.

We enjoyed our stay on this property. It is located in a rental neighborhood that is quiet with quick access to local amenities by golf cart. The houses are pretty close together, but they are set where it feels very private. From the back porch we could see the fireworks from the Baytowne boardwalk. The house was very comfortable with two downstairs masters. The upstairs room is nice, but the bunks are in a closet area - probably best for little kids, a little tight for teens. The bathrooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning kept the house cool, water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the upstairs power turning off in the night 2x (breaker issue), but the company was sending someone to check it. We didn’t receive much info about the amenities of the neighborhood (a book or local map would be helpful), so that took a little exploring. By golf cart you can access the pool, gym, tennis courts, golfing (of course), boardwalk, another higher end shopping/eating area, and even go through the tunnel to park and access the beach. The area is beautiful with large trees and immaculate landscaping. We will definitely go back.

Great stay

I’ve stayed in San Destin more times than I can count and this has been the best location and best layout so far. We stay often (4-5 times annually) to visit family that live on the loop and this was perfect. Deck is great and very private. Great for watching fireworks too.

We enjoyed our escape!

This was a great location and property had all the appliances, beach things and comforting things (like plenty of pillows and blankets which was a big hit for our group :) We did find little sugar ants on the kitchen counter but it wasn’t horrible and then there was a few things left or uncleaned from the previous visit but we just cleaned it ourselves before using (mainly bowls, cups and plates in the cupboard). Overall we had a great stay and will be back to Sandestin!

Destin Beach Trip with 4 teenage boys

This cottage by the golf course was almost perfect for taking 4 teenage boys to the beach. The use of the golf cart made it easy to travel over to the wharf as well as the beach with everyone in tow. It kept my vehicle free of sand as well. The only improvement that this house could have had would be a screened in porch (even with repellant, we had multiple mosquito bites each evening). The home was well represented in its description. It was spacious and well maintained. We did notice a trail of ants on the kitchen counter, despite the lack of any food left in the home upon arrival. They were not deterred throughout our stay either. This should be addressed. Also, although all of the cooking utensils were onsite, the lack of seasonings made it difficult to cook. Overall I would stay here again, in the event that we returned to Destin.

Lots of Room!

The house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable and in a good location. It was great to have the golf cart for the beach, dining, shopping, and enjoying all there is to do at the wharf. There is also a nice pool and hot tub within walking distance. An added bonus is a TV in each room and beds that are really comfortable. I would certainly return to this location.

AMAZING!

We had an amazing time at this property and loved being in the Sandestin community!! One of our favorite things was having the golf cart to use! Very clean and plenty of room for everyone!! The back porch is so amazing and fun to sit on in the early mornings and afternoon! 10/10 and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and quiet.

I gave this property 5 stars. I've owned two rental homes in Sandestin. I know how difficult it is to provide comfort and quality. This property was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with equipment and beautifully decorated. The golf cart was in perfect running condition. We loved this property. It was very comfortable for three women. *A note to My Vacation Haven...Please solve the issue of no hairdryers in the bathrooms or delete this particular item from the propery listing.
