    The Space:

    You'll fall in love with this splendid waterfront beach home the moment you step inside, especially when you head out to the private balcony to take in the stunning gulf views! Let the kids enjoy their favorite cable shows on the TV while you prepare lunches in the full kitchen. The glass-top dining table is a great place to enjoy a raucous night of family board games with lots of snacks and good times. Put on your best street clothes to tour all the shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities in Miramar Beach then come back for a refreshing dip in the shared pool. The community hot tub will relax your tired muscles after a day of surfing the gulf waves, and you can wrap an evening with a nice glass of wine with some good friends in the suite's spacious living room.



    What's nearby:

    Spend some time getting acquainted with the nautical artifacts and marine exhibits of Destin History & Fishing Museum, just 10 miles west, or tour the fantastic art installations at The Foster Gallery, three miles east. The kids will love a trip to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park where they can explore all the awesome slides and attractions like Fun Fountains, Tiki River Run, and Bombs Away Bay.

This property was beautiful. it was exactly as described. It was hard to get a hold of the property manager when I asked a question, but other than that great experience

Unit and View were spectacular. Actual building needs a face lift and more elevators.

Inside of unit unit was just as pictured. Updated and very nice. Views from every bedroom and large balcony with giant views. kitchen had everything we needed.

Nice condo/ NO AIR CONDITIONING

The first day we got there we had a/c problems and were told by Resort Quest to reset the unit and it will work. So we did that and again at 2 am in the morning it quit again. The next day it did ok that we know of because we were gone all day until that night again at 3 am and it quit again. Again, we did the reset which took a while to work. 80 degrees in condo. We are suppose to be on vacation not the a/c repair man. The next night again it got up to 83 degrees, I called Resort Quest and they finally sent out an a/c man at 10 pm. He said its good.....until 3 am again and I called them at 3 am! It was so hot in there we had a kid puking and had to put her on the patio where she slept the rest of the night. They couldn't do anything at that time of the night. We were leaving that morning anyway. So when I got home I called and complained again. They did refund us 250.00 (which I haven't seen yet) but told me we didn't COMPLAIN ENOUGH!! Are you kidding me - how about you get up every morning at 3 am and "reset" the damn thing! We were there on VACATION! Not to be your a/c repair man!! The condo was nice, master bedroom TV didn't work but that was minor compared to the a/c problem. Nice view of beach. Beds were ok, little hard for me. There were 7 of us in the condo and there was plenty of room. I was told this is an older building and I can tell you the a/c unit must have been old too. My husband swears they were turning the unit off somehow in the middle of the night. Overall, the condo is nice, just major a/c problem.
