We enjoyed our stay. Room and property was very nice and clean. Communication with host was very prompt and efficient. Walking distance into the Wharf was an added bonus with the kids. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was wonderful and had a great view of the pool and bay. It’s in a great location and you can drive and park at the beach or take the shuttle. The condo had everything we need and was very clean. The host was wonderful at communicating and providing recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Graham was an incredible host. He sent us a clear, detailed welcome packet and made sure everything was ready for our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place again and again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was beautiful and I wish we had more time to explore. The balcony was perfect for my morning coffee and enjoying the breeze. We would definitely come again.

The property was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that there was a fan available in the closet. We each had our own bathroom, which was nice! Overall, we would stay again!

My husband and I were in town to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more pleased! This location had everything we needed! They even had provided tram passes we could use for beach access. We didn't have to drive the entire week if we didn't want to. The condo was super clean and a beautiful view of the inlet. We will definitely stay here again!

The unit itself was clean and spacious! I highly recommend booking with Graham as the balcony overlooked the bay, the pool, and captured the sunsets great. The community that renting gives you access to is great as well. It didn't feel too busy, but definitely a lot of people around. Also the location was very centralized to everything that the Destin area had to offer.

The condo was clean, comfortable and very nice overall. We enjoyed the location as it is right next to Hotel Effie and the Baytown restaurants. The communication with the host was impeccable. The check in and parking instructions were perfect. He also sent a very complete list of restaurants for any time of day with descriptions and personal notes. We loved that and had many great meals.Thanks you Graham!

The overall experience was amazing. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is fantastic for families looking for both a fun and relaxing vacation. The communication with the host was great. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Information regarding entering the gate, parking, and accessing the room was given in a timely fashion. This was a great location and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and fireworks.
