The property was just as pictured. Walk out the balcony and see the beach. Walk across the street to the beach. Look out the bedroom window and see the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you would need. The pool was a little small but nice. Only used once.

Overall stay was great!!! Unit bathrooms need updating. Oven needed cleaning, master sink slow to drain, HVAC vents closed, loud noise near door where AC handler was; reported to host and responsive. Love Leeward Key for views and amenities. Gulfside pool fabulous.

The condo was precious with that beachy vibe. We loved it. Spent a lot of time on the patio with coffee and cocktails people and dolphin watching. Location is so awesome as well!

Great stay with great gulf views

We had a great stay at 804 Leeward Key. Gulf views were beautiful. Pools were clean along with the property. Great location that was close to restaurants and stores/shops. Access to the beach was very close. Free beach umbrella and chairs were a great plus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and everything was perfect

This place is right across the beach. They have a pool on the beachside which is so convenient when coming back from the beach. Its a private accsess so the beaches werent crowded. The 2 chairs and umbrellas included topped it off!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Destin is such a beautiful place to visit and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect - within walking distance of two restaurants, a sidewalk for running/ biking/ walking, two pools, one of which overlooks the beach, grills, etc. Grocery stores and shopping nearby. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views!

Stayed in the same unit as August 2023 and third time staying at Leeward Key. Nice condo everything close and Kenny D’s next door, has some of the best food!!

Needed vacation!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We where Happy with the location even tho it was across the street. Very easy access. The views where amazing!! Would definitely stay again. Wish it would stay pet friendly. Condo very clean and updated!! Cindy B.

Easy Stay

The rental and arrival process from beginning to end couldn’t have been more convenient and easy. Truly great. Love the location, easy beach access, spaciousness, affordability, etc. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but nothing huge to deter us from being happy with our rental. Thanks owners and vrbo for another great experience!

We had a great time at 804. Condo was very spacious and clean. Balcony has great furniture and views. Area was quite even with construction. Only thing that I would consider needing improvement is the master bedroom mattress. We will be back. The umbrella and chair boys are very nice and accommodating.

Fantastic!!!

We LOVE it here! We have been coming here for over 15 years and will keep coming back. Condo is great as it is in the middle of the building, very quiet, great view and very clean. The beach is fantastic and we love the pool by the beach as well. Also, we love the fact that you can walk to several places to eat and everything you need is a short drive from groceries, spirits, pharmacy, shopping, great food and atmosphere and entertainment. We will be back and especially to this unit! We LOVE it!
