The beach view was perfect you could hear the waves and people watch from the balcony. The unit was very clean , communication with our host was quick and easy. Being able to cross the street and be at the beach is a plus. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs with us we appreciate pet friendly accommodations our dogs go everywhere with us. There are a few eating places within walking distance.

The host was very welcoming and the place was beautiful! It was in the perfect location for what we needed. My only complaint was the weather not cooperating for us to be able to enjoy the beach and pool more. But that of course is out of the host’s capabilities! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay. Kenny D’s was a great spot to eat, too!

Awesome place and when they said just bring your suitcase.....its true. Well stocked kitchen and the view from this condo is breathtaking. Clean location inside and out...its a 10 for me.

We had such a perfect stay in Miramar Beach. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us and the view was spectacular, even when it was raining. Our week there was worth every dime. There's no other place I would have rather celebrated my retirement.Everything from payment, to check in and getting access codes was easy and went smoothly. Karen was very responsive and the kindest host.We hope to return next summer! :-)

Beautiful place

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very clean. The decoration was absolutely wonderful and I loved how they had soaps and other things that I didn’t have to get at the grocery store that was provided there like trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, all around very nice. I’d like that was centrally located that you could see the ocean in the pool was right there can’t wait for next year. Thank you so much.

My daughter and niece enjoyed their stay and loved the condo. Only frustration is some of the extra fees, including cleaning fee but they had a list of cleaning projects to complete themselves prior to leaving. Had a great time though for sure!

Been stay at Maravilla condos since 1998. This one is my favorite. Great location to parking beach pool grill elevator - not really needed but also right by the stairs. It’s beach front so great porch sittin. We have stayed at this one before but they have updated and it’s simply perfect all around!

Miramar in September

This is the perfect location on Miramar Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony and just steps away from private beach access and the pool. Fun beachy decor and the beds were so comfortable. We took advantage of a short walk to restaurants as parking can be an issue.

Great place to stay!

The condo was everything we could have hoped for. The balcony with a view of the ocean was perfect for the senior members of our party to enjoy, it was clean and roomy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was super close. The only complaint was that the shower in one of the bathrooms kept backing up, but that's easily addressed. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location!

The condo was clean and directly across the street from the ocean. It is on the second floor and there is a walkway straight to the beach. No trouble with check-in, the owners were quick to respond to any questions and provided information regarding check-in a few days prior to arrival. We loved the very short walk to and from the beach and the convenience to shops and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our family of 5! We will definitely stay here in the future if it is available.

Beautiful view and location

The property was as advertised on Vrbo. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. However, pots and pans were put away dirty and we had to clean. Could have used more towels and wash cloths. Had a few problems with the beach chair service, Be sure you don’t leave anything behind because you won’t get it back. Beds were very comfortable and complex was very quiet after 10 pm. Would recommend this property to others.
