The place was beautiful exactly as I expected, supplies were available and plenty of towels were available as well. I would have liked to have seen coffee to make available to us but overall amazing.

Great experience

Overall great experience! We loved everything about the condo. The location was great! The only thing we would’ve liked were things like, more dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, a few things like spices and oil. But overall it was a great experience!

Beautiful condo, great ocean view

Beautifully furnished condo with a wonderful view of the beach! Beds were very comfortable! The 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the dining room which we thought was nice. Each had their own bathroom in the hallway. We loved our stay!

Proximity to beach is great

The proximity to the beach was great and ideal for our beach wedding, but for midJune (barely in peak season) there seemed to be a lot of things worn/in disrepair. Communication could have been better - we received several notices of what the door code was but no instructions on how to make sure we got the parking pass, who to report repair issues to, etc. and the recommended app didn’t allow two way communication. Overall, the stay was satisfactory but not exemplary.

Simply wonderful

We were extremely excited for our beach trip and the rental was definitely a nice bonus! Upon arrival there were Luggage carts so you could tote your items from car to the room. There are two elevators that were mostly quite and chill. I think when it's busier season those elevators are probably pretty crowded. Our condo was lovely. We had a fantastic view! It was extremely clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes! They do offer a welcome pack for kitchen and bathroom. So you will have a little soap and what not to get you started. They have a great washer and dryer inside the condo. We loved that since our trip was over a week long. All in all I give this place 5 stars! I enjoy the location, pool, and convenience of walking to the beach! Can't wait to return!

Amazing

This place was amazing. Ocean view all day. Our family very much enjoyed staying here for the week. There was nothing that we needed, kitchen had all the appliances and utensils. The short walk to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Roach motel

The place was very nice overall, except there were cockroaches everywhere. I had an infant with me and was uncomfortable letting her play on the floor. There were traps hidden in places, so clearly it was known that there are cockroaches. They even got on my toothbrush and the baby’s bottle. For the price I paid, I found it to be unacceptable. Management offered to have someone come spray but with a baby and my mom who has asthma I didn’t think it was a good idea. I have been coming to the surfside building for 6 years. I love the location and building but this was the first time we have had a negative experience due to the roaches.

4 generation getaway. My daughter and I shared the master. My mom and grandmother shared the double bed room Convenient having 2 bathroom. Beautiful view from balcony. Shirt walk across the street to the beach. Would stay again

CLEAN!!! Comfortable.

Property was as advertised. If you are planning on cooking you will find only one medium sized pan. There is a crock pot and a rice steamer though. There are beach items available within the condo. The beach wasn’t as narrow or as crowded as some areas. As a side not if you have a truck there is limited parking. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable.

I was nervous since we have never been but it turned out great! Definitely check your email prior to your trip. We has some dely but also we arrived a lot later than we expected. Overall we loved it and we will look into this place again for nexr time. We talked to several ppl staying and some that have been before said this was their first time at this location and it was better than most and a great price!!

My stay was nice

The view on the patio is very nice and view from the rooms. I would definitely return and use again. Everything was clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. However my check in process wasn’t smooth. They didn’t have my reservation in at the front desk when arrived which caused me not to have access to any gate codes during my stay. I had to drive to the office to get my parking pass. Parking is also very tight and the wait for an elevator in the building was challenging some days. But everything else was nice. Everyone staying there was so nice!
