Amazing views and great location

Check in process was easy and had very quick help when our code didnt work.The views from balcony are amazing and the space of open and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 boys. Very easy walk to the beach and pools had enough room for plenty of people.Would definitely stay here again.

Great option for staying in Destin. Clean and comfortable with a fabulous ocean view. Owners very personable and eager to please. Great location with many amenities. Took a bit to catch on to the check in process and access but everyone we encountered was helpful and it all worked out.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE & WONDERFUL

We enjoyed an exceptional stay at Majestic Sun in Destin, Florida. The views from the second floor balcony were spectacular. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen and living room were spacious with newer appliances and furnishings.Overall, this vacation property checked all the boxes for our needs. I would highly recommend this vacation paradise to anyone looking for something special in an upscale home away from home.

204A Majestic Sun is a winner!

We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Sun. It is a huge property that is well maintained and conveniently located to tons of restaurants and shopping…and of course the beautiful beach! For a busy week, we never had any issues with parking or slow elevators. 204A is high enough to give you a great view of the beach but it was easy to take the stairs to get extra steps in. My son enjoyed the gym and basketball court. We found 204A to be just as described. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms had plenty of storage space. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We did not have any issues with water pressure in the showers. There were ample bath towels and wash cloths provided. The full size washer and dryer were appreciated and useful. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. I found it helpful to take a couple of trash bags, napkins, and paper plates, and a small thing of laundry detergent. The balcony was my favorite place to sit in the morning. The furniture was comfortable and the view of the beach was beautiful. We appreciated beach chairs and umbrellas being provided, along with a bin full of beach toys and for those with little ones. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun! The owners were quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We are already planning our next stay!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was perfect! It had everything and anything you could want! Very clean and the owners are so quick to respond to questions. Perfect location to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable! We will definitely be keeping this as a fav and book again next year!!

Awesome vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is as listed, very clean and the owners, Michael and Colleen have some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. There is a chest of pool toys and beach chairs, umbrellas etc… for you to take to the beach or pool as well. Additionally, Michael and Colleen are very quick to respond if there is anything you need. We will be back!

Needs a remodel

The condo was clean. It’s very dated compared to others in the same building. ( We traveled with other families. The following is a list of issues: water pressure in both showers is terrible, the trim on bathroom door in master bath is coming off, master bed mattress needs replaced , all pillows are terrible, the coffee maker didn’t work well, the toaster didn’t work well, the sliding door is very hard to open and doesn’t shut all the way, both couches are sinking in and the unit smells musty. It need to be redone and just about everything replaced.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything that we would need. Short walk to the beach. Communicating with owner was easy and seamless. The area is a little busier than we would normally like. There is a lot of traffic on the street late into the night and it can get noisy in the bedroom. Nothing that the owner has control over. Pool was also smaller than I thought it would be and throughout our stay it wasn't very clean. Lots of sand on the bottom and the water was not clear.

Great place

Overall this place was in a great location, views weren’t spectacular because we had cars/rvs parked in front of us the entire time but we knew what we were getting when choosing a second floor unit. The unit was very clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with through the entire process. We had no issues upon arrival and the master bed was actually comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is it could use some updating. I feel some of the bedding, furnishings are older, although still in good condition could use some minor updating. Overall we were pleased and if staying at Majestic Sun in the future I would consider booking this unit again.

Perfect vacation

We booked this unit primarily for the view and location - both of those met our highest expectations AND we got so much more! Mike was great with communication and made sure we had all the info we needed before arrival. The unit is in great condition and was so comfortable and inviting. Mike and Colleen have thought of everything and we were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities available to us in the unit. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return!

Only good things to say about this property. The location was perfect and we loved being on the second floor (no waiting for the elevator!). Beautiful view and quiet building. The beach chairs and sand toys available were a much appreciated added bonus.
