Family Vacation

Plenty of room for all 6 of us. The beach was a short walk. My 8 year old enjoyed the beach toys at the property. The beach chairs were an added bonus. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for the Sun Sand and Soul Music Festival and our condo did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as expected/ described. The unit was clean, well equipped, and even had a clothing steamer for garments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the balcony was a great size and spot to enjoy early mornings and early evenings. The location of the complex is conveniently located to the beach, the venue for the concert, as well as grocery stores and several dining options. We would absolutely book this condo again when we come back next year.

Great Stay

We had a great stay overall! Some of the kitchen appliances were not working. Like the ice maker, toaster. AC was making a constant noise and toilet had a malfunctioning and water was running constantly but we were able to fix that. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo and enjoy our time together.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO WASH OR SPRAY THEY OFF. SOME PIECES TO THE PUZZLE WERE MISSING, BUT WAS NICE TO HAVE.

Family Christmas at Ariel Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, and the rental company was very kind and professional. We had a beautiful view and felt very safe in this location. The downside was that the place did not feel clean. The floors felt sticky to walk on, the area rug in the living room looked soiled and spotty, as did the sofa. There was also some kind of red liquid near the ceiling on the living room wall. Replacing a few of these items would greatly improve the appearance and feel of this cute condo. We loved being so close to the beach and were able to take beautiful family pictures. We ate at McGuire’s pub which was a highlight of our stay....amazing food and atmosphere!! We also explored the nearby gulfarium ,which was very cool. Overall, it was an outstanding first time in Florida.

No complaints about Benchmark

This property could use a good cleaning. Carpets are filthy and stained. Toilets need to be cleaned…all over, not just swishing the bowl. Disappointed in the cookware and dishes. We added rinse aid to the dishwasher which helped. One of the bowls was cracked and when we put soup in it, it broke. We had two maintenance issues which were addressed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable. Might be helpful to have some more instructions for using the TVs and adding a TV in the bunk room. We brought a small TV from home to use in that room. Lastly, the furniture in the Living/dining areas was not comfortable and too low to the ground..we’re all tall. Lol. We have no hesitation renting a Benchmark property. Great communication and response time. The bath and kitchen kits are a nice touch. Thank you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my husband and I arrived for a valentine getaway it was horrible. We have been going to miramar Beach for 16 years. I’ll NEVER rent from this company again. The water smelled like sewage!! We had to open the balcony door it made use sick to our stomachs. I called 3 times and each time a different person answered. We had to sleep without a shower that night. The next morning the manager called and said everything was fine the fixed it after the first call!! No they didn’t. They wouldn’t refund our money or move us. This is NOT the BEST place to rent from!!!

Family trip

Overall our stay was great. A few small issues, the check in instructions had a 1 in front of the room number so we went to that floor and the code would not work, after contact the number provided, we were 10 floors too high. The room was suppose to come with 10 bracelets that were suppose to be worn while around the property, but there were only 3. We didn’t have an issue , but had the text messages to show if there were any issues. Owner said HOA would open back on Monday and they would handle it, but I never heard another word back about them. Another reviewer mentioned the stains on rugs, the one in the living room is a little excessive, and might want to consider replacing. Upon getting ready to check out, housekeeping enter our room before 7:30, we told them we had until 10. They enter our room a few more times. I told them to not come back until 10, they stood outside the room until 10, which was very frustrating. Overall the location was great, the area was very nice and the walk to the beach was short and easy! The kids enjoyed the heated portion of the pool since it was still pretty cold. The condo was spacious and accommodating for our large party. We did grill on the charcoal grills that are on the property and they worked great, just bring your own charcoal. The room has some beach toys, an umbrella, and about 4 chairs that we used to take down to the beach. That was nice to have. We would probably stay again.

Wonderful Experience

Owning rentals myself - I appreciate the accuracy of how the unit is marketed. The description and photos posted of this property were on target. The rental company’s staff was efficient in answering questions and providing helpful information pertaining specifically to the property.
