  • Gulf Crest #2 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over queen bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

    Area Attractions:

    Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is pedestrian friendly and located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to Miramar Beach. Dining options include Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food as well as many others. Grand Boulevard Towne has “New Vision Boulevard 10” a Cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens. The location is fantastic.....two blocks to beach...right by Pompano Joe's. The owner is great at responding. When we got there the ac was broke and he got a repair company immediately. When ac needed a part that would take several days he moved us into his unit next door. Nobody plans for things to break but they do and He did a fantastic job taking care of it. He followed up on me and my son's and was the best renter I've had in Destin and I have been here with family five times. I will rent from Kelly again!

We absolutely love staying here! The area is great the pool is super convenient and it’s a very very short walk to the beach, as well as a small ice cream shop and souvenir shop. Place is absolutely perfect and has everything you need to cook what ever you want like pots and pans. Definitely plan on staying again!

Family beach vacation

The location was perfect (a very short walk to the beach) and the pool was perfect as well. The owner was very attentive and the neighbor was great also and tried his best to make sure we were taken care of too.

Very Nice location at few minutes to enjoy Miramar beach and Pompano Joe’s Restaurant on the beach.

Very Nice location at few minutes to enjoy Miramar beach and Pompano Joe’s Restaurant on the beach. Available free parking, swimming pool are also included. Unless you are interested in visiting other places, you don’t have to move your vehicle. I highly recommend this location.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10-14). Having a full kitchen with full size appliances was helpful for dinners in! Would definitely stay again!

The property was extremely close to the beach which was great! The property was very quiet at night. Loved the pool area. The host was very responsive. My family and I loved our stay. I will most definitely stay again in the future.

Destin Vacation

We had a great time. It was my son’s 18 birthday and we have been coming up to Destin for the last few years and he loves it in Destin. We are going to plan this yearly with the whole family.

Great location, owner was so quick to respond to any questions. Very clean and had more then expected kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the pool. Thanks so much for opening up your condo to our family.
