The only thing we think needs to be changed in the description is that the bunk room is in the 2 queen bedroom, it’s not really its own room . It ended up working out fine for us but if people think it’s a separate room that could be a problem for some

Alex and team were very accommodating. They had quick response time. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are good but in person is even better. The pool was heated and accessing the beach was easy. We will definitely be back!!!

Our family loved our stay at this house, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The walk to the beach was perfect for us with little kids, we were able to just run back to the house quick if we forgot something. We would absolutely stay here again

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at High Cotton. The house was absolutely beautiful and the listing was very accurate. A great highlight that the house included for our family was the beach chairs and umbrellas every day set up. This helped us out a lot as we drove a long ways and did not bring our own beach chairs.We definitely will try and stay here again in the future.

We had a great time with our large family & the accommodations were great! I would recommend room darkening drapes or blinds as the light from the high rise condo next door is present at all times of the night. Location and house was fantastic!! Will come back!!

Beach Access, Pool, Best Hospitality

What more can you ask for? Beach Access is a 3 min walk to the umbrella and chairs included in your stay, the convenience this home has alone made our vacation that much more easy to enjoy. My family had the best time. Loved our rooms, the cleanliness and overall space of the house for our large group. We enjoyed alot of the fun beach toys others had left behind in the garage and card games on the bookshelf. The kitchen is very large and easily accommodates big groups. The pool was great to have and love that it is partially shaded so you can take breaks from the sun. Overall, great location with many food, grocery and entertainment options for the whole family. It's also very worth noting whenever we had any questions come up about the property the team in charge was always quick to respond, helpful and had great hospitality. We all agreed we would stay here again and would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful!

Beautiful property in a relaxed and comfortable neighborhood—just a one-minute walk to the beach! We had a wonderful stay with our families and young kids. The only thing we wished was different was having darker shades in the bedrooms for better sleep. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Perfect house for us :)

This was our first time visiting Destin and this was the perfect house for our friends and family, four families all together. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. Quick little walk to the beach, the chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every morning.

Short walk to beach in quiet community

We had a great stay at High Cotton. This was an extended family vacation with ages ranging from 2-70, we loved the house and short walk to the beach. The chairs being preset on the beach made it so easy to get down there with small kids each day. Alex and team were super responsive and it was incredibly easy to check in. Would have loved room darkening shades vs the light diffusing shades in the bedrooms as it’s quite bright at night but other than that - no notes! Will stay again!

Celebration at High Cotton

The home was beautiful and equipped with everything that we needed. Great space with comfortable beds. We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with family and friends, 12 staying there and plenty of room for more. The elevator was the bonus. Any requests from the host were met with a quick response. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Great vacay.

Great space

We had 5 couples stay and had ample room! Every room has a bathroom which was a huge plus!! The location was AMAZING with only a very short walk to the beach. It's in such a great part of Destin and close to great restaurants and shopping!

Pristine Property

This home was perfect for our family of eleven. The beach is literally steps from the home. Additionally, the beach is never crowded! The home is beautifully decorated and spotless! Appliances are very nice and new! If you have younger children the back sliding door has an alarm to alert you when children go out to the pool! We hope to return next year.
