Amazing property and location! The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The backyard is where we spent most of our time playing pool, pickleball, and swimming. The pictures online do not do this backyard justice, it is much larger than what I thought it would be. A little more lighting around the pickleball court would be nice, but that would be my only suggestion. The private beach access and golf cart parking really made it easy to get to and from the beach. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be coming back!

The house was perfect for our family. The private beach access and golf cart made it so easy for our daily beach days. Also the house had everything we needed from meal time to play time.

My family had a wonderful trip. The house was very nice. The pool was very nice, and we enjoyed that it was heated. The house was close enough to walk to the beach, but the provided golf cart made it much easier to get our stuff to and from. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Property was well maintained. The property manager was super responsive when we had an issue and it was resolved quickly. We would stay at this property again. Access to the beach was perfect!

Great house and location!

This was the perfect property for our huge family. Great proximity to the beach and the pool was great to have. We had some trouble getting the code to get into the house (never showed up on the app) but overall it was great.

House was beautiful, location was perfect. Had a few issues with broken things when we needed them and cleanliness of the pool, but the problems were resolved, the management team was more than helpful and we were compensated for our trouble. I would Book through them again.

Great place for our group getaway

This house was wonderful for our Fall Break getaway with our big group of friends/family! Check in was super easy and we got in earlier than anticipated. The rooms/beds were all as stated in the description. Compass Resorts was easy to work with. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend get away

House was beautiful and my group of 20 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool. The home had plenty of pots/pans etc. to get us through the weekend. My grandkids had a blast! We would definitely book again.

Fun for all the family

There was plenty of room inside and out. Bedrooms were very spacious. The outdoors needs a few updates, pool table needs new cues and the volleyball net has many holes. Overall we had a great time and loved the closeness to the beach.

This house was perfect for our group! 3 families had plenty of room and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds for 3 families with kids ranging from 16-26. The golf cart was perfect for back and forth beach trips. We loved the private pool and sand volleyball too. Overall this was a great house and we would love to stay here again

Amazing property

We had a great time, the house was amazing and exactly as expected. Well kept house, very clean, quick 3-5 min walk to the beach or 1 min golf cart ride. We had 20 people ranging from infants to grandparents and we had plenty of space. The pool is also really great to have when you need a break from the sand. The beach area was not overly crowded and the white sand was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Sapphire by the sea

We had 20 people from all ages stay here. Unfortunately it rained most of the time and it would’ve been a rough visit if we didn’t have the heated pool. The kids and adults loved all the amenities. We had a small maintenance issue that no one could have anticipated and the management office was quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here
