Perfect location!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The location is perfect. We never had to leave the Sandestin community for anything! The condo was very clean and when one of our sink drains became clogged, they had a maintenance man at the condo to fix it within the hour. The only complaints we have are the amount of unattended children in the hotel (we got sing dong ditched almost every night in the middle of the night and had many kids screaming running up and down the hallways at all hours.). Also, there was an extremely strong marijuana smell coming from the room across from us and the room beside us on the balcony, so we were unable to enjoy our balcony some evenings. Other than that, everything about this condo was excellent. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very well maintained and updated unit. Is on 14th floor on the end near the elevator. Very quiet, but does not view the pool, though does look down the coast. The provided golf cart made the difference for us.

Beautiful condo

This gorgeous condo was perfect for our friends trip. It is spacious, clean, and the property manager is so friendly and helpful. The crisp white decor and vibe adds to the peacefulness of the ocean. The view couldn’t be beat. The golf cart was so fun and convenient for morning coffee runs. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to rent this space again.

Beautifully updated condo

Beautifully updated condo in the perfect location. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Big perk is the golf cart which is included with the rental! Sandestin has everything to offer and truly never gets old!

Our family had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Westwinds! Very clean condo on a beautiful property with gorgeous views. The beach was spectacular. The pool area was nice and had great food & drinks. We had no issues and will definitely stay again!

BEWARE the GOLF CART may not work, though advertised as included.

The golf cart never worked during the duration of our stay. I reported it as soon as I found out (the calls started the day we checked in) and after a few more calls our cart was finally “next” to be “repaired.” It took approximately 4 hours for someone to come and make repairs, and they did NOT get it in working order. I was never told it wasn’t going to be functioning during our stay, but rather given the expectation that it will be fixed as soon as possible. I spent so much time on my vacation trying to get answers and updates about the cart, too. I even took the time to meet the repairman with the key, even though he had a master key in the event he needed the original key. Sandestin doesn’t allow golf cart rentals on their property, so if you are banking on using the one at this unit, you better make sure it’s in working order. They were quick to drop a clause from the paperwork signed that they don’t refund any money for the golf cart not working, so read that carefully. They then acted like they’d done me a favor by what they offered. They offered $35 per day for the inconvenience. I checked pricing in the event I could rent one and it starts at $90 per 2 hours. I’m Very disappointed in the way this was handled. It was passed to upper management and they called the $35 refund per day “generous.” We were not pleased with our experience, and the fact that we were out a golf cart for the entire trip. The sad part is, we LOVED everything else about the place, but this put such a bad taste in our mouths, we won’t be back.

Wonderful!! We will be back!

We enjoyed this property so much! It far exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice because it has been remodeled since the last update of the pictures. Everything was clean a new. Communication with the property manager was great she was very quick at responding. We want to book again for next year so we’re anxious for the calendar to open up! Definitely stay here you will NOT be disappointed

Family reunites

Great location with beach access. Appreciate the beach chairs in the condo and golf cart was awesome going to Baytowne for the Art festival. Well equipped kitchen to prepare a meal procured at the Grand park farmer's market. Nice to have king size beds in both bedrooms.
