Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, son, and I have been going to Miramar beach for 15 years straight and have stayed at seascape for at least 75% of those times. You can’t beat the location and access to the beach. And there are so many restaurants and amenities right there you never have to leave.

Well for starters there were cockroaches in the unit. 1 shower is cracked the other showe leaking water, toilets moving because the bolts are broken, air vents rattle. Unit wast not cleand well. Would not recommend. It was a nice unit at one point but lack of maintenance is showing.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just "ok". ZERO stock as far as kitchen. Suggest coffee filters, salt & pepper. Fortunately there was a clean HVAC filter so I could change the filthy one. The entire system needs to be cleaned from MOLD !! Beds and bedding could be updated. Pillows were awful. Blinds in one bedroom were all broken so no privacy or darkening ability. The place hasn't been updated for 25 or more years. Also some cheap beach chairs & towels would be a huge upgrade.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful room and easy access to beach and the pool. However, after staying there for over 20 years with Seascape- the beach setups as an ammenity were a prime reason for our loyalty. Howver, this year there has been a change and they are no longer included in the price of the rental. They are available for an additionla price. Even if you decide to bring your own setups- the amount of beach available to do this is very minimal. It is disheartening for the future. This was a perk that was a major contributor to us being repeat customers. Please re-evaluate and bring this perk back.

Love Lakefront 226

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second summer that we have stayed at Lakefront 226. We love everything about this Condo. Very clean, Screened in porch great to enjoy a meal or drink and not have to worry about the bugs. The pool was just a few steps away, and just a little walk to the beach. We will definitely try to book this unit again for next summer. Lots of places to enjoy a meal out, with not a long drive. I also like the fact that this condo has a washer and dryer and each bedroom has its own connecting bathroom.

Real positive & negatives for this location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a great unit and an even better location. Centralized to restaurants, grocery stores, & perfect walking distance to the beach. Fun views out the back porch to watch golf and a great lake to fish. However, this unit was absolutely filthy when we got there. Had to spend over and hour and a half cleaning before we even felt comfortable unpacking. The unit itself was a great unit, just not cleaned or maintained at all. Seascape management was some of the worst I have experienced. Took me over 10 phone calls and multiple emails to get any resolution for the unacceptable state of our condo. If it wasn’t for me staying on top of them, nothing would of been done and they could have cared less that I was upset about the cleanliness of our unit. There is much more I could say but in reality I would stay here again because of how well the unit is layed out and its location, I would just come prepared to clean this time.

Our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well furnished but the main table was small with 2 chairs only. My wife and I both came down with Covid 19 and although the symptoms were relatively mild, we just wanted to go home so we left early.

Not up to standard of previous stays at Seascape

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken toilet, dirty sheets and pillows and horrible customer service sum up this stay. We have stayed in other units on Seascapes' property and never have had such a terrible experience as this. Prior to arrival we were notified that one of toilets did not work. We called about it's repair twice and no one returned our calls to let us know status. At that point, one of the other toilets had to be plunged when it was used. I went to sales office and was less than happy with the customer service at the front desk. Was I mad to begin with, Yes?!? Come to find out, I could have not stayed here and received a full refund had I refused to stay at the onset, but they don't like to talk about what-ifs so that option was never offered. I will say when I was in front of property manager face to face, she was nice and gave us a credit towards our stay and sent someone to snake the other toilet. Initial broken toilet would not be fixed until after our departure. As far as the sheets, they were covered in sand and had hair in the bed upon arrival. One of the decorative pillows had blood stains. Just an overall dirty unit. Needs to be given a good scrub.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was filthy! It smelled bad when we walked and found brown liquid under the drawers in the fridge. Beer cans under bed in master bedroom. Questionable brown substance dried on bed pillows and sheets. Huge roach in third bedroom. “Beach” sign on stove covered in grease and dead bugs. We received a welcome text that stated they would be happy to address any issue we may have but I never got a response. We have been visiting Seascape for the past 14 yrs but this year both visits had major issues. The Golf Villa we visited in April did NOT look like the pictures on the website and had no hot water. I will no longer refer my Clients to visit Seascape and we will be looking for a new place to stay.

Little dussapiuntimg in lack if cleanliness and ease of checking.

Disappointed in sand residue on surfaces. Checkin did not go smoothly. I didn’t have a code and when I called, I was told there was a hold on unit due to kitchen towels not. Being available. No response from my texts. Was told 4 days later that I was texting an area that would not be seen it answered. However, it was finally answered approximately four days after I returned home.

Spiders were in every bedroom and we had to get air mattress to sleep comfortably. Place was Nice and organized.But spiders was not cool..still haven't heard from management about complaint

Great Location and Clean

Had a nice stay with four adults for four nights. The kitchen was smaller than expected and not enough room for us to be able to stay a week and cook dinners. Rooms were great, location was great.
