Family vacation

Great trip. VRBO was awesome in booking and letting us change dates last minute due to a sickness in the family. Only issue was getting the parking pass at Baytowne, could have been a little simpler.

And there’s so many places to sit in the shade. The pool is one of my favorite things about the resort ! And the condo itself was just as described. Plenty of space for us and our married kids to spread out ! Thank you again !

AMAZING

I was blown away by this rental and all the things the property had to offer. It was a little difficult finding it but the property managers responded immediately making it easy. My sisters, their kids, and I are wanting to make this a yearly visit :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation stay at Lasata was amazing! The unit was very clean and roomy enough for all of us. Baytowne Wharf is literally right outside the door - you can walk quickly to any destination within that area. The pool at the complex was huge and had a really big beach entry, which was perfect for the grandbaby to play in. On days we felt like hitting the beach, the tram service was wonderful! We never had to wait long for one and always got to/from our destination with no issues. We will definitely be back!

we had a great stay, good time. nice place.. close to Village and pool. my only complaint was QR CODE for gate gave us trouble. ice machine was broke, and our refrigerator was broke. (was told in advance about fridge should receive credit towards cost)

Floors could have been cleaned better, not sure they were even mopped before our arrival. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the property upon arrival. Overall, property was great. Fridge had been replaced as well unlike a previous review on VRBO stated. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

Nice but issues with fridge

Place was as advertised, nice and clean, however we were informed day of check-in that the refrigerator was broken. We were assured a repair was imminent. Repairman never came. We inquired several times about it. When we noticed a May review (since removed) with the same issue, we were told a replacement fridge was ordered. In the four days remaining, no replacement made. This was a major inconvenience for a family of 8. While we were offered some compensation we were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.

Spring break getaway

This was the ideal accommodation for our group. We love the location. Everything we needed was readily available. We did have problems with the security code for entry, but that was rectified with a phone call.

Spring break trip

Suggestions: We hard a hard time navigating parking garage, didn’t know what to do in the area, had some issues and didn’t know who to contact or how. With all that said it would be nice to have maps, names of places at wharf, how to contact people I’d needed. Tram schedule it route. Maybe a packet in room with information Out refrigerator went out and stuff ruined. No beach towels( assumed there would be some as most other places have them) had no idea how many pools. We missed several. Many things we found the last few days we were there. Great location to the wharf. Overall it was an ok trip. Not our favorite. Due to we had so much wasted time hunting Waiting on tram. And not knowing what to do. Next time will be better if we go back. Spend more time selling the activities and wharf better. Parking garage is a disaster. Could not get to the lasata door. Couldn’t turn around at end. I have a very large suv and couldn’t get it in a parking place. Need golf cart!!!!!!
