We received a great deal of assistance from our host in navigating the app and addressing difficulties we were having with property access. She was amazing. The unit itself fully met our expectations and we had a restful and relaxing experience! We hope to have an opportunity to visit the unit again in the future.

Location to the Baytowne Village was great. Short walk to get there. The unit we stayed in was very clean but it really needs an update. Especially the carpeting. With a King size bed it would have been nice too have additional pillows already on the bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean but looked like it needed some updating. The kitchen, while functional, needs some updating. Appliances, countertops and cabinets were all outdated. Carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced with a hardwood/laminate as the carpet looked worn and dirty. Great unit, very clean (other than the carpet) and totally functional for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only got to enjoy this beautiful condo for a week but given the chance we will be back! We have stayed in Sandestin/Miramar Beach many times. This condo is probable the nicest one yet. The view is just perfect. We had front row seats for the fireworks and laser shows. As pictures shows you have a beautiful view over the marina and you see sun come up and going down. The condo is updated, very clean and has everything you need to make your own meals. You will not regret renting this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, this vacation stay was not satisfactory. After a long day day of traveling, followed, along with a sick child. Getting settled in the condo was quite an adventure when we got the sofa bed pulled out. It was broken, which meant our son had nowhere to sleep. We set him up in bed with us since our bed was so large. The next day we had to Jerry rig the bed so that my son had somewhere to sleep. The condo smelled of mold, which I believe was coming from the carpet that had not looked like I’ve been cleaned in a while. If you want to do laundry while you’re here don’t bother it took over two hours to dry one beach towel. the washer and dryer set was very tiny if you wanted new towels or anything else you had to do 2 to 3 loads. If I knew the washer and dryer would not have worked I would’ve packed more items and not worried about doing any laundry but in your past when we visit the beach we pack less because we do have a washer and dryer.I feel like these things should’ve been checked before the new guest arrived when I reached out about coming earlier, they said they had one more final step to do.

We loved everything about our stay. Our Condo was in a great location, clean, stocked kitchen, washer & dyer, spacious balcony with a view of the bay and marina boats, 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The Resort restaurants served great food and had such fun atmospheres and views. It was so great being close to all the restaurants, stores, coffee bars, a close drive to the beach, tropical landscaping views were awesome all over the resort and the walking opportunities were great. We will definitely go back. We rate it 10 out of 10 during our 12 day stay. One minor hiccup in the trip was the gate code QR. It was handled well and we were able to get in the property on time but retrieving the code on line took awhile.

Great location!

Plenty of things to do within walking distance with a beauty view if the bay. Will definitely make plans to visit again in the future.

We Really Liked It!

The unit was nice, nothing fancy but very clean with all the basics to get you through a day or two. The location was great and within Walking distance to Baytown Wharf . Also close to shopping and lots of restaurants. My husband liked that it had two bathrooms. Other plus is unit is very private. We left the curtains open pretty much the whole time. Checkin and checkout was easy, no problems at all. I would recommend and stay here again.

Good stay but Wish the pool had not been ice cold!

Overall the room was great. Everything worked. The bed was comfortable (huge plus). The condo grounds were wonderful and relaxing. Having the village right there made for a very relaxing vacation. One huge disappointment was that the pool was not heated. Several people were complaining about it. It felt like ice. We didn’t stay at a beach thinking a pool would be more relaxing. I even asked about the pool being heated. The village had good food. Good music and there was a walking trail. You literally do not need to leave the grounds. One more thing. The entrance and directions were very confusing. These are the types of things that cause divorces. We finally made jt to the garage. But it’s all very confusing and frustrating. I would suggest a map with a highlighted route.

Great place to stay!!

Very clean. Great view of the wharf. Very close to the beach. All staff were polite and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we go to Florida.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean. The balcony has a great view of the marina and was so relaxing especially in the morning. I called once about the dryer. Someone was there within the hour to assist us. Great stay overall.

Heart of sand destin

Our family has a great spring break staying in this condo. The kitchen is big enough for cooking full family meals at home. It’s also walking distance to anything for dining out and shopping. The kids enjoyed biking to and from the beach each day. The Marina views from the balcony are stunning!
