Overall, the property was nice. Modern, lots of natural light, clean, and roomy. It definitely has that New Orleans vibe, similar to the property next door. But not as tastefully decorated, nor as cozy.
The reason for the lower rating is mainly due to the lackluster communication. It started off well. But it took the property manager a day, usually, to respond back to texts. For example, Friday morning, I asked where the gym was located. She didn’t respond with an answer until Sunday morning, a few hours before checkout. Also, our first night, none of the cable boxes worked (weirdly, they were all behind the tv where the signal from the remote could not reach it.) I sent a text that night asking about it, but didn’t get a response until the next morning. By then, my husband had figured out the problem. Also, we asked for the WiFi password the same night, but didn’t get a response until the next day. I’m not saying the communication was horrible. When I sound to the property manager, she was very nice. I just suggest calling her directly as opposed to relying on text or email, if you need a speedy response.
