This townhome exceeded our expectations from start to finish!After an 18-hour overnight drive, the host went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which made a huge difference for our group. The layout was perfect—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, TVs in each room, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. There was more than enough space to relax and unwind.The master bedroom was a standout, especially with its private balcony—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning before heading out for the day.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a quick five-minute walk to a private beach, complete with two complimentary chairs and an umbrella assigned to the unit every day. The beach itself is absolutely stunning, with soft white sand and beautiful emerald water.On top of that, you’re just minutes away from great food and shopping options, making everything super convenient.There was a pool but we never used it since we spent the majority of the time on the beach.We would absolutely stay here again, especially considering the great value for the price!

Properly was as stated. No complaints in that regard. One negative. The barbecue grill is in horrendous shape. Heat deflectors are way past due replacing. Holes throughout. Bottom of grill appeared to have never been cleaned out and flames were 6-8 inches above grill from previous grease deposits. It was to the point of being dangerous.

Miramar beach getaway

This villa was everything we hoped for. Clean, spacious, close to the beach and beautiful. We could walk to the beach everyday from our villa. Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Will definitely stay there again

Great location

We loved that the private beach was just a short walk away! With kids, we didn’t want all the sand in our vehicle, so we wanted something within walking distance! The pool was decent, and condo was clean. I wish the condo had some sort of shelves, or dresser for the bunk bed area, I wasn’t a fan of looking at our two pre teens clothes mess everything I came upstairs to our room! Over all 5 stars!

One of our favorite places to stay in Miramar

We had a minor AC issue during our stay. They sent someone out to fix it very quickly, and the property manager herself came by after to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for an our large (9 person) group. We will definitely book here again.

Great place, but bring everthing you need

Loved the property, location was great. Nice quiet community. Fyi, beds are very soft with exception of hallway bunks. Make sure you bring or plan on buying everything you need. Minimal paper supplies and cleaning products. Not even salt/pepper shakers. The property management was AWESOME! Was available whenever e needed her. Thanks for everything.

Baseball World Series Vacay!

This location was perfect for our families! We both traveled to the Destin area for a baseball World Series tournament and shared this home for the week. It was very spacious and comfortable, especially the beds!! The beach access was perfect, as well as the private beach area that is accessible for this location! We’d definitely stay here again!

Great for adults

The location of property was good, beautiful beach right across street. Would be great spot for 3 couples each would have own bedroom and bathroom. Hosts were great offered early check in and very responsive, even went and got a new grill on Sunday evening because the one there didn’t work.

Miramar Beach for 2 months.

We had communication before we even arrived. Our questions were answered promptly. The washer/dryer died and the owner replaced them with an upgrade right away. The managers kept us informed of all details. We enjoyed our visit. We wish the weather had been a bit warmer.I would recommend this unit to anyone.
