This unit comes with 1 free parking space in a covered underground garage, located directly beneath the unit, in the section called Bahia (detailed directions in the directions section). The elevators take you straight up to the 2nd floor unit.

The unit offers a spectacular view overlooking the pool and features 1 king bed and 1 queen pull-out sofa. Extra blankets and sheets are in the closet. The unit also has a Keurig and coffee brewing station with a sink and mini refrigerator. There is no freezer, but an ice bucket is provided.

The unit is located in the Grand Sandestin complex, next to the Sandestin Conference Center and the village of Baytowne Wharf, on the Bayside of the luxurious Sandestin Resort. It is about two miles from the beach entrance, located across Highway 98 on the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. You can take the TRAM (the beach express runs continuously during high season, right in front of Grand Sandestin, and gets you to the beach in 6 to 8 minutes), rent bicycles for a 10 minute ride, drive (6 minutes), or walk (about 45 minutes) through the golf courses, lakes, and gardens that make the resort feel like Eden.

Sandestin is a 2,400 acre resort unlike any other in Florida. The south side fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, while the north side fronts Choctawhatchee Bay. And with seven miles of waterfront, there is still more: 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts (11 clay, 4 lighted for evening play), biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, mini golf, excellent restaurants, unique shopping, and countless other activities. The Sandestin Tram makes getting around easy.

This security gated community adds an extra layer of safety for families. With miles of bike and jogging trails, miles of beach, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children's activities, all within the resort, there is plenty to do. The Marina offers jet ski and watercraft rentals, and you'll also find Jolee Island, tree houses, and nature walks scattered throughout. Sandestin's Kids Club is very highly rated as well.
