Beach views are great! Overlooks the outdoor restaurant too. Beautiful at night with the outdoor lights and lanterns. Great food 1 flight down. Beach bar right across the street, connected by a walkover. Very safe here! We keep coming back to 201.

To sum it up, absolutely amazing condo with impeccable view, fabulous hosts! Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Nicely furnished and clean with everything we needed. View was better than pictured and enjoyed view of both the pool and the gulf! David and Peggy are amazing hosts and very responsive to any inquiries or questions. I have been coming to Miramar Beach for 30 years and never stayed at Surfside but it's become a favorite and we will definitely rent this condo again!

The View!

Loved EVERYTHING about this property! The cleanliness, the space, and OMG the view! The view alone made us not want to leave the room. From the living room to the balcony we were able to see it all! Just an exceptional property. Definitely my new home away from home. Already planning my next trip. Great Job to the owners!

Very nice and great location away from main strip

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was better than anticipated by pictures. There was a beach view from every window/sliding door of the unit. There was a bit of notice due to close proximity to pool and outdoor restaurant seating but we didn’t mind at all. We even got to watch weddings on the beach and a proposal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The PERFECT place for us!

This was our fourth vacation in the Destin area and this was our favorite! The condo was stunning! There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved being walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Being so close to the pool and the beach PLUS the beautiful views of them from the condo made this trip perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Overall it was very nice!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo unit was as described… well set up and comfortable. Cleanliness of the unit was excellent! We give the condo itself a 5/5. The overall trip, we give a 4.5/5. Reason being is parking! The parking garage is very low and our vehicle, along with numerous other vacationers vehicles, did not fit. With minimal parking in the parking lot, you’ll need to be patient for a spot in the evenings. But outside of parking, we highly recommend this unit. Especially for families.

Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening listening to the waves and watching the water. It was nice to have to pool so close to us. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all the amenities that were listed.

Very pleasant stay

Very impressed with the area, condominium building upkeep, communication with host and the condo unit itself. Only downside was the beautiful gulf view from the unit was detracted by the torn and pealing sun filtering film on the windows.
