    ¡Esta hermosa casa adosada nueva de 5 habitaciones y 4 baños es todo lo que has estado buscando en tus vacaciones llenas de playa! ¡Ser la unidad de esquina más cercana a la playa proporciona un paseo fácil a Pompano Joes y al acceso público a la playa de Miramar, donde puede tomar el sol durante el día y hacer una acogedora fogata con la puesta de sol! ¡Dé un paseo matutino o ande en bicicleta por el paseo marítimo de la playa y disfrute de las festividades y la diversión por las que Miramar Beach es conocida!

    Esta casa "Earth Cents" de alta eficiencia energética incluye un garaje para 2 autos, piscina comunitaria (climatizada durante el Día de Acción de Gracias, Navidad y Spring Break-Mar 6 al 18 de abril), entrada pavimentada, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito en la cocina y baños, dos juegos de literas empotradas, pisos de madera, baldosas de porcelana y molduras de techo en todas partes. The place was decorated beautifully and was very clean. It was also well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of the property was just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to every place we wanted to explore.The house was clean and spacious for our large family gathering. The hosts w gracious and responded immediately to answer my questions. We will definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving get away

Had thanksgiving with the family there. Kitchen was great size for cooking and large meal and dining table seats 10. Only a short walk from the beach and everything you need is within 2 miles. We had a great stay

Exceptional!

This property was perfect for our 4 families. We enjoyed the patios, barbecue grill, pool, corn hole games, and short walk to the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and accommodating! We had an exceptional stay, and we are looking forward to booking this property again in the future!

Excellent large family gathering home!

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home for a large gathering! It’s only a short walk to the beach so the location is great ~ the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable and the living space (kitchen/LR/DR) are open and perfect for a large gathering along with comfortable seating. Decor is beautiful and we had the perfect stay for our birthday celebration!

great place to stay!

the home was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. plenty of sleeping space for our group of 14 people. the beach is just a short walk away. would certainly rent this space again.

Perfect for large family

We had 10 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly. The kitchen and dining area were great for us to all eat together. The walk to the beach was easy even for the little ones especially with the wagon and beach stuff in the garage for us to enjoy. Beautiful home and wonderful place to get away with our family.

Close to beach

It’s is a very nice unit with plenty of room for a big group to spread out and also be together. Nice shared pool that was never crowded. Beach is about a two block walk that was a bit much if varying beach essentials so we normally drove and parking at public access was easy.

Plenty of room for all of us to eat, play cards, do puzzles and have privacy. 3 block walk to beach. Pool was close by and kept very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only surprise was an extra charge if we wanted to use the golf cart but we did not really have a need for it anyway. House was gorgeous, more than functional and grocery shopping and eating out was close by.

Family vacation

This was our second year staying in the same unit and had an amazing time! The check in and check out process was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach. It was clean and had plenty of room for a family of 10. The golf cart was so helpful when lugging stuff back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year no doubt!

The house was exactly as described. We had 10 people and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large table with additional bar stools at the island was great! It was easy to get to the beach and the pool is steps away from the condo and very nice. We did rent the golf cart which was very helpful going to the beach and also making small runs to the grocery. We would definitely stay here again. We will recommend as well.

Plenty of room and a great location

Stayed at the property with 10 total people and 4 separate family units and this spot gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also come together for meals and game night. Walk to the beach is short and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Had some maintenance issues with a shower during our stay and the owners were incredibly responsive, fixing the problem in less than an hour or so. Overall, great spot and we’d be happy to recommend it!

Great weekend getaway

We all had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys etc. Plenty of room for our friends and family to gather comfortably. We will be back..thank you!!
