Condo was Great! Superb in cleanliness & Great Location. We enjoyed having complimentary Beach Chairs w/ umbrellas,a must have!! Perfect Ocean water clear on most days!! Gerald was great with communication & appreciate him when we needed his assistant!! Would definitely keep this condo in mind again for future use!! Thanks again!! Night time views were also amazing!!

Relaxed and Refreshed

We were delighted to stay so close to the beach with beautiful view high enough up to see the sunrise each morning. The Beach chair setups and elevators were so nice and made the daily trips to and from the beach much less hassle.

Wonderful stay. Lots of kitchen items. No needed to bring anything but spices !! They even habe a blender if you need one. Only Thing that would have been an added extra was an air fryer. Grills are easy to use down by the pool. Ice maker works in freezer. Regular Coffee maker and a Kuerig . Board games. DVD player. Boogie boards. Extra beach set ups. Perfect condo for a nice family vacation!!

Wonderful beach trip

We loved our stay here. The condo is spacious and clean with a deck that looks out into the ocean. We loved having easy access to the beach. Jerry is great to work with and super responsive to any of our inquiries. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and care they put into the place.

Nice but not so comfortable

The house is nice and clean, but when we entered, there was a musty smell that greeted us. We had to buy an air freshener spray to help reduce it. The bathroom is tidy, but the toilet seat is too low and small for an adult, even though I'm only 5'5" and weigh about 145 lbs. There’s no curtain in the secondary bedroom, which lets in too much sunlight for a good sleep. Additionally, we have to leave the room to access the bathroom since there’s no direct door connecting the two. Overall, the place is very convenient, but the toilet and the smell are definite drawbacks.

Best Beach Spot

The condo is adorably decorated, clean, stocked with everything you need, and in a perfect location. It’s far enough east to avoid the major traffic jams in Destin. The private beach is worth staying here alone! What a gem. The owners are so nice and very responsive. Stay here!

Great condo & location

We really liked the condo! The layout was nice, we particularly enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which is important to us as we usually like to make dinner a few nights when we go on vacation.

Beautiful condo and beach

My two 15 year old granddaughters and I spent a week at Mainsail 361. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s close to the beach and we enjoyed the ocean, pool and hot tub. Even with lots of people, it was quiet and relaxing. Jerry kept in touch and responded promptly to texts and emails. We would definitely stay here again!

This was oir family 1st trip and what can i say ! We had the best experince with the condo and also with the owner. We came all the way from texas ! And we will definitely choose this place again. Never had any issues and he was very polite and aweet and answer all my questions !

Clean, quiet, and Safe!

Perfect location with walkable access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. I did not expect to have a view of the ocean from the balcony but it was an added plus! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely separated from each other. Air conditioning worked well. The unit was spacious with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was nicely stocked (but bring a pan if you like to make eggs). In-unit washing machine only uses powder - the two sample packets left on the washing machine were greatly appreciated! The grills downstairs are both gas and charcoal - but since they are shared among all the units make sure to claim yours in time for dinner! The center beach access has ramps (with no steps). Which worked out great for the beach wagon and stroller. The beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella were convenient - but get down early if you want a front row spot!

Great condo

This is a nice condo. The pictures are very accurate. Though the complex is older, the kitchen and master bath shower look new. I really appreciated the large shower and the very well organized kitchen. We did use the included Beach chairs rentals. Renters have to sit in back; the front row is for owners or people paying/upgrading, but still a nice addition. Also, the owner was quick to respond and great to deal with. Even though this is a smaller condo, the living room felt very spacious and took full advantage of the view. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely condo!

This was our first time visiting Miramar beach, and Mainsail was recommended by a friend. This unit was wonderful! The owner, Jerry, was very communicative and helpful. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped kitchens out of in any condos we've ever rented, and we vacation twice a year. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen had great counterspace for preparing meals and the shower in the primary bedroom seems to have been recently remodeled. The pictures don't do this unit proper justice. We will definitely consider renting this condo in the future and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!
