A bit misleading

We did not realize until preparing to leave for vacation - that this property is not on the beach. You have to cross a relatively busy road to get to the beach. I had to pull my 7 year old son back a few times because cars did not stop at the crosswalk for pedestrians. I felt the room was overpriced. It was not well maintained. There were stains on the walls in every room and many lightbulbs were out. The stove top did not have all eyes functioning and the ice maker sounded like someone was in the freezer knocking to get out.

Nice vacatión close to the beach

The twin beds were smaller than twins The sofa bed wasnt comfortable and the sliding door in the room wasnt working and on arrival there was a puddle of water in the main hallway. Other than that, the view was great and everything was clean. Really close to the beach! Enjoyed our stay.

A or B - Confusing

My condo room had an A at the end of it, however, my codes sent to me said for B only ( but they worked) the back of the building(s) are labeled A and B but the address did not specify which building to go to. There is no front desk although there is a desk with a kid working it. He told us we could swim in the pool until our room became available but then we got kicked out shortly after because we were not told nor given anything about a "required" wrist band. For being a large building(s) I think it's crucial for someone to work the front desk. Not a 12 year old kid who just kept nodding yes to our questions. Otherwise, the room was great! And very comfortable!

Beautiful 10th floor gulf view

This rental was impressive. Plenty of room to stretch out for three of us. Plenty of towels, garbage bags and soap, as well as dishes, pans, etc. All the conveniences of home. Any issue we had was handled kindly and promptly. The only thing we had to pick up was toilet paper. :D we loved the place!

Majestic Sun Review

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Sun. Room was very clean and modern. Also had plenty of room and amenities. Location to the beach and restaurants were excellent. Only issue is that none of the TV’s worked. I submitted a form on Tuesday night for assistance and did not get a response.

THE VIEW!!

Great location across from the beach, short walk to Fanta Sea to rent scooters. Close to Winn Dixie, Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's & more. The condo is modern with all the necessary items to eat, drink & cook. Bedrooms & beds were fair in comfort. A bit lumpy & uneven but decent. A/C worked great as it does get warm. But the view every day was amazing! Relatively quiet around us considering it was very busy. Walls are a bit thin but I would say it depends on your neighbors. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Place is nicely decorated and clean. Lacking with utensils and cooking things. Didn’t even have a spatula. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall Fantastic Stay

We had a short 3 night stay that was fantastic for just 2 people. We had 1 issue getitng locked out of the room which was our own fault. I was able to reach someone to get our doors unlocked. Overall we would recommend the property

Love the location

The condo is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. It was nicely furnished. We spend a lot of time on the balcony looking at the ocean. Both sets of sliding doors were hard to open. Also, a small table out there would be nice. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I like the decor but unit needs some TLC.

Sliding doors were very hard to open. Other family members stayed in a different condo at majestic and their sliding door opened with ease. Bathroom door paint was pealing off. Tv in front bedroom had something on the screen. Dresser knobs fell off making it difficult to open. Closet door would not stay in track. Toilet paper holder would fall off. Had to leave toilet paper on bathroom counter. Majestic claims to be smoke free but we couldn't enjoy the balcony due to inconsiderate smokers. Until Majestic does something about smoking on the balcony we will not be back.
