My first review

The view and location of this unit is perfect. I liked the ease of the check in process and the amenities at this resort. Our major issue was how uncomfortable the bed was.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is showing wear and tear in Bathrooms and Kitchen. Also had water bugs in the bathroom and when the dryer ran it would get the bathroom hot and steam up the walls.

Love the area but not the greatest experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at the majestic sun for years and I love the building, its amenities and location. My biggest frustration is the property is supposed to be non smoking and have a curfew of 10pm. However I am rarely able to even go out on the balcony which is one my favorite things, because of people smoking. There is no enforcement of either one. I didn’t sleep at all my last night before a ten hour drive because of loud music and people partying. I really wish the smoking could be addressed because I am highly allergic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always like staying at the Majestic for the convenience of being right across the street to the beach and the whale restaurant nearby is nice and the beach chairs are always a plus. This unit was nice, but it needs a lot of work. It needs some updating. The living room area is nice. The kitchen is nice. The drain in the master bedroom bathroom was clogged the sink and the shower/ tub! We just went into the other bathroom and used the stand in shower only and it worked fine. Lots of wear and tear on the walls and could just use some freshening up for sure. The washer dryer combo is in the bathroom. It is small but we did use it and it was convenient to have it there. I feel like the master bedroom could use an overhaul. Mainly the bed seems like it’s probably an old mattress and the covers were not great either. If I were to go back, I would probably bring my own bedding. The location and the view was wonderful. We did have a table on our deck with chairs so that was nice to sit and look at the ocean. there was a regular coffee pot with one set up of a ready to use coffee packet. You need to bring your own filter, papers and coffee. We always like to stay at this location and will def continue to book our stays in the future. I just feel like for what you pay for just a weekend $$$$ it could use some updates!

Our go to place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a good experience. Only thing I would recommend unless we missed it would be a wash station coming from the beach. It was a bit messy trying to clean sand off before entering the room. I seem to remember a wash station on the B side when we stayed last time. We did not see anywhere to rinse off on the A side.
