Nice Butt

The place was nice but updates needed in bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The mattress needs to be replaced. The bathroom counter very small needs to be replaced with a bigger surface. My wife had very little space to put her stuff. The refrigerator has rust spots on side. However it worked well and made plenty of ice. I prefer a drip coffee maker. The keurig type maker did not work well with coffee I brought. No big deal but I would have brought my coffee maker with me if I’d known.

The overall place was very dirty and nasty!

The place was nasty and dirty. Stool on the toilet seat, dead roaches on the floor and the placed smelled musty and dirty. The couch was filthy and dirty. They had clean steam come in and clean the couch and love seat and while they were there they stole my daughters $300 iPhone watch and denied it.

Nice condo. a little noisy in mornings since it is right across from the garbage chute and near the elevator. The condo could use some updates. Bedroom is in back near the condo entrance, so unfortunately bedroom doesn’t have a balcony. Majestic Sun is a good location

We love coming to Destin! The condo was fine, except it wasn’t very clean or updated. The master bath room faucets abs drains are rusted. I love taking a bath but took showers because if didn’t seem like it’s been cleaned. The floors are dirty. If you walk barefoot, your feet are dirty. All of the appliances need to be updated and the place needs a deep cleaning.

The property was perfect for my family we had a great time on the balcony as you can enjoy the ocean. My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and it was a quick walk to the beach. The only issue I had was the dryer. It was not drying my beach towels fast enough but everything else was perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Great view and location. Would have been nice to have a working toaster, coffee for coffee maker, and beach towels. Everything else very convenient and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING Condo!!! Wow, Wow, Wow!!!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Except the pictures listed of the view doesn’t do justice. Sitting on the couch, the view of the ocean was breathtaking. I didn’t even mind washing dishes because the view was so stunning. The view cropped out all beach umbrellas and people. All you see is blue and turquoise ocean!! The view to the right is of the pool and hot tubs. The bed in the bedroom was so comfy. The decor was perfect with the cottage white wash style which I loved. It wasn’t the over the top beach theme decor like many condos. It had washer and dryer so I was able to bring clean clothes home with me. I have nothing negative to say about the condo other than there was hair in the drain in the tub. I didn’t use that tub/shower so it wasn’t an issue. Checking in and checking out was hassle free. Upon arrival the property manager called to see if I had any issues checking in or any issues with the condo. The final day, I requested a late check out through email in which the property manager responded promptly and was able to give me an additional 2 hrs. Everyone I communicated with was extremely nice. I didn’t have any issues with parking, always found a spot up close. I love this condo and will definitely try my best to stay here the next time I am in the area.
