We just stayed 4 nights, we didnt have hot water in our condo. Message back and forth with the issue. The issue was never resolved when we left. The management doesnt care and doesn't want to make it right to us. Good luck to the next guest. Hope they dont have the same issue as us! The condo was okay on the cleanliness. Location was good. Probably wont stay do to our experience on the issue we had and don't want to give us hardly any of our money back due to not having hot water and us having little ones wasnt the best experience!

Annual Spring getaway

Excellent stay! Clean, easy to navigate, good places to eat and get coffee nearby. Beach access and view perfect. Watched dolphins from our 8th floor deck and the beach. Beach well patrolled and clean. Pool also.

September Getaway

The unit is very nice, with balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walk across the road to the beach with lots of restaurants and other stores very close. Would certainly stay there again, but the only issue is the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the dishwasher wasn’t working at all.

Loved our stay

It was amazing overall. But there were few issues. Fridge was not working properly that messed up our food and the sofa bed didn’t work and it was hard to sleep there.

We love this beach, condo and area!

We have stayed in this condo 3 years in a row! We love the beach, area, and condo. This year they were working on the building and we had some construction noise up into the evening during the week. Made relaxing on the balcony difficult. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and upto date room! We will definitely stay again.

Great spot for a Spring Break getaway!

We stayed at 807A for our Spring Break vacation. We wanted a place with a pool because the March temps can be chilly. Our 7 year old twins LOVED the heated indoor/ outdoor pool and hot tubs! The bunk beds were perfect for them and comfortable. We were very pleased with the comfortable king size bed in the master. The unit had everything we needed, but we did bring our own skillet for pancakes/bacon. The coffee pot can do Kerig cups or groups, which was a big plus. We added on the beach service for chairs and an umbrella and it was definitely worth it!! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next spring.

Very nice if you plan on spending alot of time at the beach

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. With having kids, I LOVED how many bath towels they provided! This unit had spectacular views and was exactly how it was advertised. I was afraid of hearing alot of noise being so close to the elevator but we didnt hear much at all. Easy check in and out process. We felt the location was good if you planned on spending alot of time at the beach. We have a 7 year old and a newborn so we spent more time at the pools vs the beach and found ourselves venturing a bit more toward the boardwalk and piers. There were alot of people driving golf carts, blaring music, driving a little fast on the road between the complex and the beach which we weren't expecting. That did make it a little less enjoyable sitting outside. Overall our stay was pretty nice. The only suggestion we would make is to get a few more kitchen utensils.
