    Maravilla es uno de los complejos familiares más populares en el área de Miramar Beach / Destin. Ofrece 2. 5 acres de playas junto con su propio acceso privado a la playa. La casa club del complejo es ideal para grandes reuniones con una cocina bien equipada y sala de estar con una gran televisión de pantalla plana de 48 ". Cuenta con 2 piscinas grandes, una climatizada por temporada, canchas de tenis, sala de ejercicios y canchas de baloncesto.     Nuestra unidad duerme 8 cómodamente con 1 king en master, 1 king en loft, una habitación queen y 1 sofá cama queen. Cuenta con 2 baños, uno fuera del maestro y otro adjunto al desván. Esta unidad sería ideal para varias familias o una familia numerosa. Tiene un bonito plano de planta abierto y un hermoso balcón fuera de la sala de estar. ¡Esta unidad es un gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de un "Beach Escape"!

Had the best experience here! We will definitely be back. The beach is just a small walk, and the complimentary beach access was wonderful! The communication was great as well! 10/10!

The location is great, I feel like the mater bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. The property grounds and the location to the beach are great.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was beautiful, cozy, and very clean, with a wonderful location and thoughtful furnishings. What really stood out was the host’s outstanding hospitality — their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond in a way we’ll always appreciate. It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent location & great family plus dog setup

The 3 bedrooms came in perfect for our family to visit during the 2 months we stayed. The location is absolutely fabulous. Heated pool & hot tub access as well as beach made this condo so enjoyable we can't wait to stay here again.

Great location

We had a great stay. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. There were a few issues during our stay but the management company was always quick to reply and take care of our needs.

Vacation before daughter goes off to college.

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised and we loved every minute. The beach and locations of restaurants and shopping made the whole trip worthwhile. No question we will be back for more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious. The condo was clean and communication was excellent. My family had a great time and location was excellent. The grounds around the condo were kept very clean and this condo was very do friendly which my dog loved his stay. I can't thank Jeffrey for the communication and great stay at the condo. It's a great place and safe place for families. Thank you.

Fun vacay

Property was nice and clean. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The sliding glass door to balcony didn't lock very good and could use some updating in certain areas but overall nice place and would recommend.

I’ve never rented a beach condo that was so well stocked to accommodate guests! There were so many board games, card games, books, DVDs, sand toys, beach equipment, air pump, ice chests, dog gate and collapsible pen, baby portable pack n play, 7 various portable fans, extra pillows/linens/comforters/throws, fully equipped kitchen from utensils to appliances they had it ALL! All available for us to use freely! I was truly shocked in the best way! When searching for the perfect place to vacation, you can’t ask for more than having to only pack your clothes & food, all other necessities are already there! This place is the definition of a diamond in the rough when you take into account all of that as well as the location, price, & overall quality of the condo itself! I never leaves reviews for ANYTHING, but this one was MANDATORY after such a win in my book!

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.

Nice stat near the beach

The property is overall very nice. Maravilla is nicely maintained outside as well. Pros- short walk to beach, nicely supplied, clean. Cons- beach service only said they had one umbrella when we went down there at 7 am so I wouldn’t rely on that, hot upstairs, had a sign stating not to turn AC below 71 or risk being charged for AC maintenance. There was a heat advisory and being on the top floor I’m sure didn’t help but if the AC can’t keep up maybe it needs a new one. It was well above 71 upstairs and in the back room. So warm that we didn’t use the quilt or sheet. The AC vents could use replaced with less decorative and maybe they would allow more air through and they don’t stay secured to the floor upstairs.

Maravilla 4404

The property is in major need of updates and a deep clean. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. After multiple calls and interruptions to our stay the leak stopped after they listened to my husband. We were told it was a roof leak even though there had been no rain for several days and it only did it when the shower was in use. There was sand, old food, and what looked to be dog poop or tobacco in the floor in the master suite. The property manager said they couldn’t do deep cleans on such quick turnarounds. I won’t book at Maravilla ever again. The last two years have been less than what was expected or paid for. I spend too much money for vacation and want what I pay for. I love Destin but this place can do much better.

A weekend getaway

It was a smooth experience overall. The property was clean, and well stocked (bath towels, utensils, dishes, etc). It was a very CLOSE walk to the beach! The only minor complaint that I had, was that every time the air conditioner came on, it would make a very loud noise or “bang” sound. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

Our condo was great! The manager was very prompt about answering our questions. Short walk to beach and places to eat and shop. Overall we had a wonderful vacation!
