Just what we asked for

We spent many years with our children at Sandestin in the Augusta Village (next door to this house). When we wanted to go back with the grands, we were very excited 545 Augusta was available. It was a big enough for our now three generations to gather together in the common areas and yet still have our own space. Having the golf carts was a nice luxury for the little ones (we normally bike everywhere). We had one minor issue while visiting -- the host was VERY responsive and had us taken care of in a matter of minutes. Was it perfect? Nothing ever is but it was pretty close and everything we asked for. Sandestin itself is great with lots for a family to do and we will definitely book with BeachBlue again if we go back.

Perfect house!

Such a fantastic trip and this house made it so nice! Perfect location, 2 golf carts made it perfect for our large family of 7, great kitchen open to family room made it perfect for gathering. We cooked dinner several nights and they had everything I needed for meal prep! We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house - great for multiple familes

There were 2 families - each with 4 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and the bunk room was great for the 4 teens. The living room was amazingly spacious and allowed for a 3rd family staying at a smaller unit - to come visit as well. The golf cart was much slower than others, but got the job done. The extra beach chairs on site were an added bonus as well. The location of the home is decently located between the beach access, downtown and the pool. The hardest thing about Sandestin Resort is coordinating golf cart rides to get anywhere. Overall this hole was amazing for our needs and would definitely recommend it.

Great family stay

House and location was great. This is our 5th stay in the Sandestin Golf Resort and this was probably our favorite house we’ve stayed in. Layout was great for having small kids and plenty of space. There were no bathtubs in the space but the master shower is very large and our 2 younger kids loved showering in there with us so it worked. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that the golf cart is the slowest one we’ve ever been on. I’m not sure if the batteries are the correct size or if it just caps out but 16mph is the top speed and in a place where the speed limit ranges between 19-23mph, we were either getting passed or had traffic backed up for a bit while we putted around. The cart is nice, but would be great if it would actually get to the speed limit. That really was the only complaint. We’ll definitely be adding this listing to our favorites for the future.

Perfect for family beach getaway

Great location. Golf cart was a huge help with getting to the beach. Everything was as advertised. Manager was very responsive when contacted (about check out process). We would stay here again.

The perfect getaway!

My family vacations at Sandestin every summer, and we have finally found the perfect house!! The house was Beautiful, everything was clean and cozy, plenty of room for large families. The bedrooms were spacious and all of the beds were very comfortable. We loved having all of the seating in the living room for down time at night. The dining area + stools at the counter also had great seating for family meals. The kitchen was amazing! All the appliances were top notch. And the ice maker was a major bonus! We made great use of the outside seating areas and the grill (which came with plenty of gas tanks so one less thing to worry with). Neal, the property owner, responds very quickly to messages. We had one little issue with the AC leaking after the power went off briefly due to a thunderstorm. After I reached out to Neal, maintenance was there within 15 mins and had the problem fixed in 10 mins. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation, they made everything an absolute breeze! Will definitely book with them for all of our vacations here on out!!

Loved our stay!!

Our stay was perfect! Loved the location, size, decor, and furnishings of this home. Very pretty and updated! We only rent places with a golf cart in Sandestin. Our 3 college-aged girls loved the bunk room, and my husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom suite. My only suggestion is to provide more washcloths for a week’s stay. We’d stay here again for sure!!!

Fall Break

The house was perfect, we loved riding the golf cart to the beach and to Baytown. Played golf at The Links, had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this rental.
