This modern-designed home is the perfect vacation home for friends & family gatherings that offers plenty of space to comfortably seat 12 guests in the living & dining room, perfect for cozy family gatherings. Take the fun outdoors to the sun-kissed pool area, complete with lounge chairs for relaxation. Kids will delight in the pool toys and games, while parents unwind and soak up the sunshine. A convenient Pac 'n Play is available for our youngest guests. Private beach access is just a minute away in our complimentary golf cart or just walk to pompano joe and beach under 10 minutes.

Head out the south gate and step into paradise! You'll be just a stone's throw from stunning beach accesses, waterfront restaurants, and scenic views along "Old Scenic Highway" (or "The Beach Road"). Our street-legal golf cart is at your disposal, perfect for cruising to nearby hotspots or exploring side roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less.

↳️North Gate
For adventures beyond the beach, exit through the north gate onto the main highway. Say goodbye to beach road traffic! You'll be minutes from grocery stores, outlet shopping, restaurants, theaters, and exciting excursions. Plus, grab last-minute essentials at the General store right at the South gate entrance.

●️Your private smart lock code will be activated at 4 pm check-in, ensuring seamless entry.
●️Our doorbell camera provides added security and support. Call/text us with any lock issues.

Please note: There is a front door security camera facing outside to ensure safety of the guests.

Note: The guest making the reservation must be over 25 years of age to reserve this home. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Parents of individuals under the age of 25 are not permitted to make a reservation at our home to get around this requirement. Guests with zero reviews on VRBO will be asked to provide a snapshot of their driver's license or Government ID before check in.

Guests are required to read, sign and return golf cart liability form prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for observing all traffic rules when using the 6-person golf cart. Guests are responsible for any traffic citations they receive.

Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury they cause while operating the 6 person golf cart.

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. We also do not allow reservation date changes or postponements. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
