We enjoyed our stay overall, and the house worked well for our group of 2 moms chaperoning 8 teenage girls during spring break. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was especially helpful, and the location was a big plus — the pool was just steps away, and the beach was an easy short walk.We did run into two minor maintenance issues at check-in, but we appreciated that they were addressed promptly the following morning. There were a few other areas that could use some attention for future guests. The overall housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough, as a couple of the toilets did not appear to be fully cleaned. We also noticed some bug activity in the kitchen, which may be worth addressing with routine pest control. In addition, the third-floor AC did not seem to cool as well as the rest of the house, and we needed to purchase dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher prior to checkout. Overall, the home was nice, well-located, and a good fit for our group. With a little extra attention to cleaning and a few small maintenance details, it could provide an even better experience for future guests.
