The space
Welcome to a piece of paradise on the Gulf Coast. Our villa “Seas the Day” in Seascape Resort overlooks Stewart Lake. We are also located next to the walking bridge that allows for a quick short walk to the Seascapes own white-sand-beach. Seascape is in one of the most desirable areas on the Emerald Coast. The resort offers an 18-hole golf course, 5 pools (2 heated, one of which is just steps away from the unit, tennis, basketball, pickle-ball courts, fenced-in playground, BBQ grills and more

The unit has new owners with the 2024 season being the first time this unit has ever been on a rental program. The is a NON-SMOKING, one-bedroom, one-bath villa. The remodel was just recently completed and offers a luxurious space with upgrades throughout. The entire villa has new tile plank floors, all new cabinets, Kitchen Aid appliances, tile shower and all brand-new furnishings. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig Duo coffee maker, all the necessary utensils and dinner ware. We also have a Ninja blender (perfect for making your favorite frozen drink), toaster, mixer, pots and pans, bakeware as well as an assortment of mixing bowls and plastic storage containers to use during your stay. We even have a set of grill tools for you to use with one of the outdoor grills located near the unit. On the fully screened in back porch you can enjoy the incredible views without the worry of flying insects landing in your drink. Additionally, we have a storage container on the back porch with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and a beach wagon to make your short walk to the beach even easier.
The bedroom has a King bed with 2 nightstands (with power outlets for easy charging) and dresser to help you feel at home. The living room has a Queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The unit will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. We provide linens, pillows, and extra blankets for the beds, as well as towels for the bathroom and hair dryer. The bedroom features a 55" Smart TV, a dresser and a closet with hangers. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity with plenty of drawer and cabinet shelf space to accommodate 4 guests. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and from the hallway for convenience.

The open concept unit has a kitchen island perfect for four people along with an outdoor dining table on the screened-in patio. The patio also has a padded love seat and chair for enjoying the views. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge as well a swivel glider chair for your comfort. The 70" Smart TV is there for your entertainment as well. You can login to any of your preferred streaming apps or enjoy the provided cable TV. Free WiFi is also available! There is an assortment of books in the cabinet under the TV for you to enjoy during your stay.
We provide a variety of welcome amenities such as 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 tide pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 trash bags, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, 2 makeup wipe removers, 2 K-cups and a pack of coffee.
Guest access
Guests of the unit have the entire condo space to themselves, with open parking right outside your front door and a private screened in patio. We provide guests with one complimentary parking pass. Additional passes are $15 each and must be requested prior to arrival. All passes must be completely filled in and placed in the dash of your vehicle at all times. We provide wrist bands for each guest that must worn while on property and on the private beach. They must be returned at the end of your stay or a $15 charge per band will be assessed.

Within a week of arrival, you will be provided with a "Welcome Email" that gives important information, including check-in and check-out instructions. We will include a door code for the keyless door lock that automatically activates at check-in time and disables at your departure time.
Guests have access to 5 pools throughout the Seascape Resort Villas including our heated "Boardwalk Villas" pool, located just steps away from our unit! Other activities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, playground, bicycle rentals, dining, etc.

Reservations from May 25th - August 9th require a Saturday check-in and check-out for 7 nights total.

Must be 25 years or older to book. NO pets allowed!
