We enjoyed our time for the value and view of the beach, as well as proximity to everything sandestin has to offer.I will mention that we booked during a lower price time and when I checked prices a few weeks later, they were much higher than anything I would ever pay for this unit. I will be booking direct through Sandestin next time, you receive way more access to amenities lower price, beach chair rentals, which is a very big deal when it comes down to all of the money a vacation entails.The bed was comfortable, however, the sheets were slightly worn and scratchy. Not very delicate on slightly sunburned skin!The furnishings were nice, we did not try the pullout bed, but the couch was very comfortable. One issue that really bothered me in making this place kind of look crappy was that you could see MANY scuffs along the wall where any furniture might touch or where any pictures hang from, I guess from cheap flat paint. One additional aesthetic complaint that is mainly just a suggestion that be fixed is that all of the lights, ceilings and lamps, are set to a soft white; which is very harsh on the eyes. not very much ambient lighting to enjoy inside the unit, once the sun sets. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs otherwise and the newly renovated bathroom was very nice as well. all in all, not bad. Would stay again for a slightly lower price!
