Great family vacation

This house is clean, beautiful and so much fun! Great location close to grocery stores and shopping. Walk to the beach is quick. Bill is a very helpful and responsive host. Looking forward to going back!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bill is truly an awesome host, and it was the perfect vacation. You cannot pick a better place for your Destin beach vacation. Thank you, Bill!

Perfection

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The location to the beach (with chairs already there for you) is ridiculously close and the backyard felt very private and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Bill describes it perfectly. He even added a few extras as a gift. The house was gorgeous. We loved the back with pool, hot tub, and grill. It was an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. I would highly recommend this place and will be booking again with Bill.

Spectacular place to stay

Great host

The house was amazing very engaged with making sure we knew how to work all of the home’s features. We really enjoyed the in-ground pool and above ground Jacuzzi. He also has an amazing home theater system that sounds awesome.👏 Not too far from the beach, we rode the bikes a couple of times as well.

Very Nice Place

Very well appointed house. Everything was very clean and well put-together. Lots of small, premium touches. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet.

Pristine

Pristine house describes the property perfectly. Bill met us and showed how everything worked. He also inspects the cleanliness of the the house before checking us in. The property is a short walk to the beach and several good restaurants. All of the adults agreed it is the best property we have stayed at in Destin area. We will be back to stay.

Relaxing Stay

Mr. Bill was very responsive and willing to be of assistance when needed. The property is gorgeous and packed full of amenities. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and you can tell that Mr. Bill is on top of keeping his property clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Home

Bill was outstanding. Very easy to reach, met with us and showed us around, and made us feel like we were right at home. The house was wonderful, everything from the cleanliness to the short walk to the beach. The complimentary wine bottle was a nice touch too! I would recommend his house time and time again. Thanks bill for making our honeymoon easy and stress free. We will definitely be back next year

Amazing Stay and vacation!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the start of booking to the end of our vacation, this property and management is top notch! We have stayed many times in Miramar Beach and this by far has been our favorite house and stay. Love the upgrades and cleanliness of the home, the close location to the beach and Bill's hospitality is like no other. Thank you Bill for making our vacation a great one! We will definitely book with you again when we come back to our favorite beach! Evi and Michael
