Esta casa ha sido recientemente remodelada y es perfecta para unas vacaciones en la playa. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una lujosa cama king size, y el segundo dormitorio ofrece una litera doble sobre litera completa con un nido doble. La sala de estar también contiene un sofá cama. Las puertas francesas conducen a un patio privado, donde podrá disfrutar de su café por la mañana y deleitarse con el aire fresco que llega desde el Golfo, que está a un corto paseo. Nice location!

Location was nice. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was Amazon! Loved the share shed! The house was older and could use some repairs but was the perfect size for our family! Would recommend 100% for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location really close to the beach access. The house had everything including toys for the kids. Really nice place. Only thing is that it doesn't get very dark at night perhaps it could use some blackout curtains. Also we noticed some pet hair under the couch pillows. Overall very satisfied.

Older place

Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.

Reviewer Comments: The location to services & the beach was great.The size of the unit was perfect.We think someone had a dog on the couch, every time I sat on it my face would itch and my eyes swell! The constructionconstruction next door kept us from sitting outside most days due to noise. Street was a constant parade of vehicles. Would have gone elsewhere had we known about the construction. And we have to tolerate for 4 more weeks!

There were eight people that stayed and we managed only having 1 bathroom the entire week...we were a little scared about this! I would definitely like to try and rent the 2 houses together next time to be able and have pool access whenever instead of sharing the time with another family. I just feel like this would be more personal. But, overall, everything went well. The house is so close to the beach which is excellent! We rented a golf cart and were basically able to use it the whole week instead of driving car because everything we needed was pretty close. It was a relaxing and stress free week which was exactly what we were looking forward to having.

Do not stay here

There would be nothing wrong with the home itself, but HUGE roaches came out every night. They came to spray some spray I use from Lowes. Next day, same thing. Then they tried to tell me they were “palmetto” bugs, as if that makes it any better. Who can sleep at night knowing huge bugs are crawling around? It’s pretty bad when you save for a vacation and it is an actual nightmare. The manager, Heather, was very sympathetic when she said she found out and moved us to a much nicer home. I was glad for her sympathy and moving us, but I do not recommend renting this home.

The best thing about this location is the proximity to the public beach, which wasn't crowded at all. They have beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards and other beach toys for you to enjoy. We definitely would stay here again!

The house was nice and I love the covered porch. The house managers communicated with text and right away with info about door code etc. very convenient. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nice inside, but could use some paint and repairs on the exterior trim and deck. We had a minor problem with the TV and toaster, which were both addressed by the management company in a timely manor. The cottage was very clean and kitchen well equipped. The pool is very nice, but we did not use it due the colder than normal February weather. You can pay additional money to have the pool heated, but we chose not to do that. The location was wonderful-close to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Sol, and found it to be a nice house for the 4 of us. We were bummed that the beach access down Alamo street was under construction which made for a longer haul to the beach with two little ones. The shared pool was nice to have, but I am not sure I would rent a house again that provides a shared pool over a pool designated just for our house. Overall, I would recommend Emerald Sol!

Easy walk

Nice property inside, could use some cleaning around outside of property. Quick response from property manager with questions. Construction at current beach access, so makes for a longer walk to access beach. Super comfy couch and king bed. Appreciated the sharing shed for beach items and left some for future guests as well.

Super cute, close to beach

The place was super cute and worked great for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids age range of 6years-6months. Plenty of space and we were close enough to walk daily to the beach.

Convenient Location

This property worked well for us, just two couples. Everything was comfortable and the walk to the beach was short and simple.

Quaint Beach house

We loved the location of this property. We walked to pretty much everything. The house is cute, but needs a few updates here and there. If we had an issue, the property management team came out same day, that's awesome! The pool was prefect for our kids, there is a shallow wading area and then a deeper swimming side. The pool supply shed was very messy when we got there, I cleaned it up, and the pool guy who lives close by was very grateful! After that he made sure the pool was in pristine condition for us. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay. FYI, bring earplugs to sleep because there are 2 huge party houses on both sides of you.
