We absolutely love this location which is super close to the beach without having to be on the beach. We have stayed at this complex although thru different owners at least 7 times on the last 10 years. This townhome was very comfortable and the closest walking distance to the beach. Just for your benefit, the TVs in the bedrooms should have smart TVs for access to Netflix and other networks for private enjoyment. The living room couches were very uncomfortable as was the chair, probably from overuse. Everything else was super. We especially enjoyed every bedroom having their own bathroom which is why I selected you Townhome. Thanks for a great place to spend our yearly beach vacation

Spring Break

We arrived on Sunday at about 4 pm and it was very clean. Great location right across from the beach, and there is a nice bar overlooking the beach that is a 2-minute walk. There are some good restaurants very close as well. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time.

Great easy beach access

Clean condo needs new living area furniture Had no comfortable seating run down old and broken Kitchen nicely stocked but appliances don't work well new gas grill was very nice not good flooring for babies beds are comfortable nice bathrooms refrigerator doesn't make enough ice This was our 2nd time to stay here and won't come back due to the broken furniture sticky cabinets and poor appliances

We Love Miramar!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We loved the close proximity to everything we needed. And we had plenty of space for our party of 10. There are a few things that need attention. The back door doesn’t properly seal causing the downstairs to be uncomfortably hot, while the upstairs is pleasant set to same temperature. The refrigerator and freezer door/drawer doesn’t seal well making it hard to keep things frozen. The kitchen sink drips constantly. The bunk room bathroom door is about to fall off it’s hinges. And the oven works sporadically. None of these ruined our trip, but if not fixed may ruin the next guests stay.

Overall great vacation

The not so good: HOA only allows two vehicles at the property. Seems odd for a place that can sleep 14 people. Gas grill needs to be replaced. We wanted to use it but were afraid to in it's condition. The good: Property was clean(other than the grill). Plenty of room for our family of 12. Had a well stocked kitchen. The beach access is SO close. It's less than a minute-walk away. Pool was nice as well. We enjoyed our time at this property.

Beautiful vacation

The pictures honestly do not do this rental enough justice. It was so much more spacious in person. We had a great stay with an initial organized setup. Perfect location, would recommend.

Best Location & Spacious home

Many properties describe "short walk to beach" and end up being many blocks away. This property is right across the street from the beach! It was perfect for our family, and very spacious with all the necessary amenities. Very clean home and well equipped kitchen too. Beds were comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk beds too. 4 full baths made it very convenient as well. Recommended improvements: BBQ grill in patio area is very small and kind of beat up. Needs to be replaced. Also, kitchen faucet seems to be worn out, needs extra effort to shut off, otherwise it constantly drips. Lastly, the bathroom door in the bunk bed room doesn't close properly unless you force it. Handyman can easily fix that. Very minor issues, but would make an amazing stay even better! Otherwise we were very happy, and would definitely come back!

Amazing time!

We had an amazing time! When we walked in, the house was spotless. Each room was the same way. The walk to the beach is only a few steps as well as the pool. I can’t say enough good things about the property! So glad we chose this location and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay.

Summers Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful week at Marimar beach in Puesta Del Sol. 4 br. & 4 Baths. We found it on VRBO. Ocean Reef Vacations took care of all of our needs when we arrived. They were always eager to help and very helpful! Puerta Del Sol had a very well stocked kitchen and an open Floor plan downstairs along with 1 BR. Upstairs a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks & bath. Additionally 2 king rooms share the upstairs & Washer & dryer. A patio and large bbq grill. It has a huge floorplan that was just perfect for our large family.

Good property

Family vacation

We stayed at this property for a week and this location was perfect. The beach was a short 1-2 minute walk. You cross a two lane street, walk down a flight of stairs and you’re on the beach. It was easy access which was important to us since we have a 2 year old and 4 month old and needed to walk back and forth from the beach and townhome frequently. I rated three stars for the following reasons. The floor was extremely dirty when we arrived that our feet quickly became black and you could feel a lot of sand on your feet. The tv was broken and after trying to fix ourselves for about 2 hours we called the property management company and they tried trouble shooting through text, then phone, then sent someone out who worked on it for an hour or two and finally got the cable running but could t get the sound to adjust so it was extremely loud. We couldn’t hear each other speaking and it was too loud for the infant t who was sleeping in the other room so we still didn’t use much. The person who came to work on it said they wokkd reach out to the owners to see about getting it replaced but we never heard back. The grill was also not working very well. It continuously had a large fire so we didn’t use it as much as we planned because it was dangerous to use and difficult to cook on without burning up your food. Lastly, there were cockroaches spotted severa places in the house. This may be common for the location but not something we’re used to.

Not clean

Place wasnt clean on arrival. We received 3 text messages that we could check in early. We arrived 3 hours after the 1st text and unit wasnt cleaned. No one had any idea why it wasnt cleaned. After 3 more hours the unit was cleaned but we had food that went bad because we had no place to store food right away when we arrived. Never heard back from anyone to check in see if anything was needed if cleaning was good. Customer Service was horrible!!!! We were told there was a glitch in the system and we shouldn't have received "3" text messages saying unit was ready!

Superb house near the beach

We loved our week in this house. It exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The house itself is beautiful, with high ceilings, good quality furniture, well furnished kitchen, and a bright and airy feel. There was a good selection of books and DVDs for children, which we thought was a nice touch. The communal pool was clean and well-maintained. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. The management was very professional. Both check in and check out were smooth and simple. At one point we had a maintenance issue with the property, and it was dealt with within an hour or so. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would love to go back again.

Wonderful location and home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location to shopping and beach couldn’t of been much better. The property manager was quick to respond to assist with the televisions and we had all the things we need to cook with.. When we couldn’t golfing a cutting board, I messaged the property manager and he was quick to bring one by. It was very nice spot for us and I highly recommend.

Excellent location! Very clean, we loved our vacation! 💙

This location was prime! Literally a walk across the street. Very clean, love it. Enjoyed having 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, lots of room for 9-10 people! We loved the pool. This location did include a portable crib and baby bath for our grandson. Only disappointment was no beach chairs, toys. It’s advertised as such but they would be an awesome addition/option rather than purchase and then having to leave them. We will definitely return.

Great Location

Great property and very close to the beach. Pictures do the property justice. Was very pleased with the stay. Had an issue with the blender and I messaged the company. Seriously 30 minutes later a knock on the door and a new blender was delivered. We were blown away. Have already recommended property to a friend.

Great Condo for Group

We visited Miramar Beach for Spring Break 2021 and stayed at the Puesta Del Sol with 5 teenagers, 1 child and 2 adults. The condo fit perfectly for our group but could also accommodate 2 families well with 2 king beds and 2 “kid” rooms. The 4 bathrooms were great and the large living space worked well. It came stocked with the basic needs such as bar soaps and toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, a few Finish tabs, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Kitchen was stocked as expected and we had everything we needed. The beach access directly across the street was very convenient and the community pool was good and not too crowded. Overall location is good, close to grocery and other shopping. Slight wear and tear here and there but very slight and completely acceptable, not an issue. I would say the only drawback for me is that there is no view of the beach, but still definitely worth it if you can live without it. However, there was always plenty of parking right by the front door and no crowds like a large condo complex might have. Check in and out was very easy and all online. I didn’t have to call property management for anything. I would definitely recommend this unit and I will keep it in mind for the next trip!

Amazing location!

This property was so close to the beach, and had plenty of room for all of us. The beach access across the road was very convenient for going to the beach day or night. I would definitely recommend this location and also hope to visit again soon!
