Perfect location for a large group

Our bbq team of 20+ stayed at this beautiful property. Everyone loved the house, pool and amenities. Great location walkable to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Great Retreat

Held a company retreat here. House is beautiful, clean, spacious. Well stocked even with beach towels and chairs. Elevator is very helpful for loading luggage in and out. Great proximity to the beach.

Spring break

This home is beautiful— just like the photos. The location is so convenient to the beach and Pompeno Joe’s. We really enjoyed our stay. The finish out of the home is really chic and beachy. Tons of space and outdoor space. Fully stocked. Communication was excellent and helpful.

Great birthday party!

We had a group of 35 people stay at the house. We all had a great time. There was enough space to spread out and everyone to gather but have their space when needed. Roxanna was awesome and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay

Property met all of our expectations. Roxanna informed us of some minor issues prior to our arrival but none of them affected our stay. Upon arriving we had issues with our door code but we were quickly given an alternative until the issue was resolved. The pool was wonderful and the highlight of our stay. We had a great time!

50th birthday celebration!

Roxana was wonderful to work with. The property was amazing. Clean. Better in person than in pictures if you can even imagine. You will not be disappointed. Family friendly neighborhood. Close proximity to walk to a few restaurants and only steps from the beautiful white sand beaches!

2023 Family Stay

Great place in a great location. Five minute walk from the front door to the water at the beach. Plenty of rooms and beds for our family party of 40. Ample number of bathrooms. Kitchens on the first and second floors worked out well; we used the kitchen on the second floor the most. The bedroom, living space, and kitchenette on the fourth floor was handy for a family of 5 with a 3 year old and twin 1 year old babies. The elevator was handy for moving heavy luggage and babies to higher floors, particularly the fourth floor. The property owner was responsive to texts.

Great Place for Large Group

We had a party of 30 and this place was great for everyone! The pool was spacious and hot tub didn't disappoint. Top floor had a great view. The two bunk rooms on the 3rd floor had personal TVs for each of the beds and our teens really enjoyed that. Second floor ended up being the hangout floor for us since there was a dining table which gave us more sitting space The only thing that was a little inconvenient for us was the 2nd floor didn't have a half bath for community use. Two fridges and two washer/dryers was great for our crowd. This place was about a 3 minute walk to the beach which was very convenient.

BUYER BEWARE - HOUSE UNDER REPAIR

Unfortunately we arrived and there were multiple issues with the home including elevator not working, spa not working, water in upstairs kitchen not working properly, toilets were not working, tiles were falling off the spa and bar stools were falling apart. We did receive a slight credit but we booked this location for the amenities as we had a handicapped person and needed the elevator and we wanted to use the spa which never worked properly. The owners sent out people and were responsive to fix toilets but the water issue was known prior to our arrival and they still rented the house. We have rented this home in the past and it was in much better condition. I hope the owners put the money in to repair the home because it really is a nice home. Very disappointing.

Disappointed, not worth the price

The house looked beautiful and upon arrival we were happy with the location & accommodations. We were there for a family reunion with 37 people. We soon realized there were many issues with the house. The main problem was with the water pressure and temperature. Some bathrooms only got scalding hot water & others only had cold water. The water pressure everywhere was very very weak- it was hard to wash dishes or fill a bath. After mentioning this issue to management, they came and tried adjusting but it didn’t fix it. They wanted to send plumbers in but at that point we only had a few days left and felt like it would be a huge inconvenience, especially with all the babies and toddlers, so we chose to hold off. Other issues included one washer not spinning, no extra bedding in closets, hibachi grill was rusted, pool was smelly. Overall, we felt that for the money we paid, there were way too many items that were wrong or needed help. When you pay for high-end, you expect a property well-maintained with very few or no problems. Manager was easy to get a hold of but was always very defensive about any issues we brought up. She did offer $500 compensation for the inconvenience but the owners never followed through with payment and for how much we paid overall, we felt this amount was way below what it should have been. Overall, even though the location was good and the house was beautiful, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

2022 Family Reunion

With four generations of my family coming together to enjoy this magnificent property was a memory I will cherish forever! This home is beautiful and very functional for a big group; the pool and hot tubs were amazing; everyone had such a great time poolside. Being such a short walk to the beautiful clean white sand beach was ideal for those of us that wanted a morning walk. The grandchildren loved spending time making sand castles and dipping their toes in the water. We were all very satisfied with this special spring break trip at Blissful Retreat!
