Loved Miramar

Location of condo was great with better than expected view from balcony. Beach access was a little frustrating because neighboring hotels/resorts consider access points “private” which required longer than usual walks to get to the beach. Room was good other than tv’s do not have access to smart apps like the description says. The living room shows the apps but none of the remotes or buttons on the tv will get you to the sign in screen. Tried to relay this to property manager and then they sent someone randomly to the room when we weren’t there with no problem resolved. Also, two separate times, I had someone trying to come in the room who had access. First, was someone confused and thinking we were checking out. And second was the housekeeper on check out day at 920 AM. I don’t think anyone was trying to steal or be shady but it was a little unsettling.

Wonderful Condo! Great view! It was stocked, clean, updated and decorated beautifully! Appliances were new looking and extremely clean! Only negative I found was that the actual entrance to the units are outside. The bedroom window opens to the outside as well, for anyone walking by. Nothing you can do about it, though I feel that it could have been mentioned. Also, they have the ap's for Netflix, Peacock, Prime, etc. But no way to watch them. I was trying to sign in under my own account but it wouldn’t let me even scroll to the settings. It would have been handy for the few rainy days we were stuck inside. I messaged the hosts and they replied in a timely manner. Thinking it was the batteries, they had someone drop them off. I was quite surprised and actually didn’t like it when I realized someone had been in the unit when we were not there. I think they should have waited until we could let them in for obvious privacy reasons

Excellent Location

The decor and setup were beautiful. The bunkbed was perfect for our 6yo daughter. The property had a great view of the beach and was less than a 5 minute walk. It was convenient and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Our stay

Overall everything was great, the kitchen items could be replenished. There was only one small skillet in poor condition, no baking sheet. I had to purchase both items. Ants were everywhere, but the property manager had them spray and it helped a lot.

We enjoyed this property. Everything was as the owner described it. Convenient to everything and the condo itself was updated. Only fault we found was there was no vacuum or even a broom.

Definitely recommend

Loved this place! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Just the right amount of space for a couple and two kids. The kids loved the bunk beds. The extra bathroom space was a nice bonus! Also, it was nice to have beach supplies available and not to have to pack and travel with them or purchase them. Defiantly would recommend. We were under the impression that the property was right on the beach, but it was not and had a view of the parking lot but could still see the beach as well. However, still very walkable and convienient.

Beautiful space with amazing view!

Everything was amazing! Great property, nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable beds for all and loved having the washer and dryers to do laundry before our trip home.

Seascape Miramar Review

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and plenty of recreational activities to enjoy. Parking was a readily available with loading carts. The condo was clean and very well kept. Overall great experience!

Overall we really liked our stay here! Great location & minutes from grocery stores & good places to eat. I will say the washers & dryers did not dispense water during the cycle, we tried to wash several loads of loading and every time no water would come out even when it was set on the highest water setting. We also didn’t like how the air automatically set itself back to 75 degrees after so long, several times we came back from a long beach day to a really hot room which took awhile to cool off. Other than that the place was great!

Great family vacation spot!

This condo was great!! We found the prior reviews super helpful and packed lots of extras that came in super handy! Like our own knives, paper products, etc! I do wish there was one day of someone coming in and grabbing trash, switching out towels, etc but it was not that big of a deal.

Beautiful condo for a weekend away!

This condo is in an amazing location - easy walk to beach, great view from balcony and beautiful interior design. If you plan to use the kitchen regularly, be warned the knives are too dull to cut bananas and they only provide one kitchen towel. We bought a few at the dollar store and left them behind so hopefully they leave them for future renters. There were also zero spices, olive oil, not even salt and pepper. We are vegan so we stay in condos with kitchens whenever we travel and this was among the most disappointing since we had to stock it with literally every basic spice. Again, hopefully these things were left behind for future guests. I would recommend the place to a couple, maybe traveling with smaller children but not more than 2 adults. The half bath opens up into the one bedroom and doesn’t have a door so that was a bit strange. There are some chairs and beach toys out on the porch which is a nice touch, but no towels so bring your own and they only leave one packed of laundry detergent, regardless of your length of stay, so you’ll need to purchase or bring that as well. Toilet paper is awful, please spend a couple extra dollars on the good stuff! Overall, amazing location and beautiful interior design but there were some easy tweaks that would have easily made our stay even better! Definitely go to Bad Ass coffee which is an easy walk down the beach if you do stay here, it was amazing!

Perfect

Our stay was great. Check in process was super easy. Condo was described accurately and just like the pictures show on the website. Looking at staying here possibly again this July. A short walk to the beach with a great view of the beach. Short walk to local seafood restaurants which we enjoyed and shopping. Would definitely recommend this to a friend if they were going down for vacation.

close to beach NO PARKING PERMIT IN ROOM

hurricane ida pretty much ruined our beach plans but we still had fun thanks to the pool which was great for our 3 year old son. TIP: Wish they had a vacuum cleaner in apartment...floors get dirty/sand quick with kids and no way to clean. One elevator was always out of order. Property manager didnt leave us a parking permit...why? wouldn't you leave one..I texted them week before trip and once we couldn't find but no resolution. We had to purchase from HOA...still waiting for refund for it.
