  • You will fall in love with the expansive Gulf water views from living, kitchen, dining, balcony, and master at this serene 2BR/2BA condo. The unit has brand-new furnishings throughout, including bedding, kitchenware, and patio furniture. Watch the sunset glistening over the Gulf every day. The beach is steps away – enjoy paddle boarding on the calm, emerald waters or dining at two beach restaurants.
    Located in Ariel Dunes II at Seascape Resort, enjoy a fantastic selection of amenities. Swim in three huge pools (one infinity-style and one heated during the winter). Fish in the lake, golf on the18-hole course, eat at four on-site restaurants, rent a bike to cruise around or join a round robin tennis event at the tennis center in the heart of Seascape Resort. Enjoy laser tag, an arcade, and nightclub – there is something for everyone.
    LIVING AREA
    The open living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a love seat, and an armchair. Watch your favorite shows on the 48” cable TV, or simply enjoy the captivating Gulf view.
    KITCHEN & DINING
    The gleaming kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. With ample granite countertops, you’ll have plenty of space to prepare delicious meals.
    When you’re ready to eat, the glass dining table is set for four.
    BED & BATH
    This single-story condo sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
    The master suite has a plush king bed, a 32” cable TV, and direct access to the private balcony with Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom has a separate walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanity.
    The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can be accessed from the hallway.
    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
    Relax with a crisp beverage on the spacious Gulf-view balcony. Weekly fireworks at 4 locations can be viewed from the condo or an airshow of vintage aircraft passing by the deck over the Gulf.
    Spend sunny days lounging by the outdoor resort pools, including a seasonally heated one. Or start your day with an invigorating workout at the fitness center.
    EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
    Complimentary Wi-Fi and a stackable washer/dryer are provided.
    Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the uncovered complex parking lot.

Amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in process was super easy. Owner texted me an access code with instructions a few days before. The rental is cute with beachy vibes. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances you would need to make a meal. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year spending a long winter stay at this condo. It is comfortable and well equipped. It is simply decorated which we appreciate and makes the condo feel more spacious and makes it easy to keep clean. The new outdoor furniture was greatly appreciated and very comfortable. The most positive aspect of the rental has been the supportive relationship with the guys at 3D Rental. They have been so helpful with any requests we have made...from completing our initial on line rental agreement to any unforeseen maintenance issues we might have had with the unit. They responded quickly when an electrician was needed to repair bathroom electrical outlets and they replaced a lightbulb in a difficult to reach bathroom fixture. Thanks to the guys at 3D Rental we have had nothing but a positive experience. Peter, TJ and Chris and team are outstanding.I have recommended 3D Rental to friends and family and they too have been pleased with their professionalism and helpful demeanour. I would recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys the Gulf Coast and its beautiful sunsets. The views from the balcony of the Emerald Coast and the sunsets are amazing and are a big part of why we keep returning to this unit. While staying at Seascape there are so many great restaurants to visit. Some of our favourites are Vint’ij at Grand Boulevard for food with flair, La Famiglia by Walmart for authentic Italian cuisine, Boshamps for delicious fish and the best Oysters Rockefeller and North Beach Social for Paella on the beach on Wednesdays and Sunday Brunch with the family.Harry T’s is a great place to watch the boats and the sunset while having a great meal. For a special treat this year I enjoyed a wonderful pedicure courtesy of Helen at Relax Spa.The grandkids always enjoy rides and games at The Track.Sun, sand and surf with some wonderful meals and experiences with friends and family are all part of the tradition we have been experie

fall beach escape

Nice property, nice pools and 5 minute walk to beach. Would replace dryer and sofa in living room. Eateries within walking distance. Car was burglarized in parking lot. Even with security. Host is responsive.
