Just as pictured

This condo was just as pictured. We enjoyed the convenience of stepping right out to the pool area from the elevator. The village at the wharf was an easy walk from us. Catching the tram to the beach was fast and easy. This condo is also very close to where you park making loading and unloading easy. You'll have everything you need to cook uncomplicated meals. We'd definitely stay here again

Very nice location in Florida!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was very easy, and the rental company provided clear and precise instructions. The instructions given provided step by step directions, and because of those directions I knew what I could access on the resort which that made my stay feel more comfortable. The unit was really nicely decorated and updated. Staying on cleaning property is very important to me and this unit was pretty clean. My only two issues were stains on the sheets and we spotted a couple of bugs. I would note that stains on white sheets are pretty hard to get out so that wasn't a major hiccup, and it was two bugs that we saw.

Great Stay

Overall, this was a great rental and I would recommend it. It was clean and was as advertised. The only issue we had was with parking which is managed by the HOA. We had a difficult time finding the parking garage and once we found it, we had to drive around for an hour trying to find an open spot. It is a very tight lot and is not the best for larger SUVs. There are also several dead ends in the garage. If you go down the isle and there isn’t anything available, you have to back down the entire isle to get out which is impossible when you have several other cars behind you. The overflow parking was also full. I am sure this was due to it being a holiday weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: upon arrival, we found the unit to have dirty. Incredibly, rude security guard. My only source of transportation was a golf cart. You cannot park in the garage or parking lot. My golf cart was minutes from being towed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was refreshing to rent a property that accurately reflected the pictures. Check-in was a breeze, and the location suited our needs. The rooms were wonderful but for an issue with the master bedroom bed. We had some other small issues as well with broken outlets and a slow-draining tub. When we reached out to Beach Blue, they sent someone within a couple of hours and the smaller issues were resolved. The service techs were respectful and efficient. We were disappointed that the issue with the bed in the master bedroom was not addressed. It had a large hump in the middle and on each side of the hump felt as though the springs were crushed. When the tech assessed the bed, he said he would report it and wait for further instructions. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made for terrible sleep during our trip. I reached out to follow up and was told it was turned over to the property manager who subsequently had called the owner. No one took ownership, rectified the situation, commented further, or reached out to us during the remainder of our stay. The rating reflects our experience with the bed.

June 2023 Stay

Hands down a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the location, walking distance from Baytown and all of the activities! The beautiful pool was right outside of your door, and we loved the fact that you didn’t need to drive anywhere to be able to enjoy all of the things the beach and Baytown had to offer. Our kids had the best trip. The condo is perfect for a family if 6! Plenty of places to shower! Our kiddos slept on the pull out and had their own standup shower and bath, while my husband and I had the master bedroom and bath, grandparents in the double bedroom with their own bath and separate entrance. Will stay again! Clean, nice, great price.

June 2023 Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! It was extremely clean and very spacious, and it had everything we needed (a full kitchen, 3 FULL bathrooms, so nobody’s ever fighting on who’s gonna take a shower first, 3 tv’s, a washer and dryer IN UNIT, AND a nice big kitchen table so you can sit down with the family and eat your breakfast if you want to cook)! The beds were very comfortable, and it was great proximity to all the restaurants and shops of Sandestin! It also felt very homey and not like your typical boring hotel/ beach rental which I loved. It was decorated very well with lots of attention to detail to make sure you got that beach vibe without being tacky. We also loved the resort style pool which had plenty of chairs to lay out on! I would totally recommend this place for your next vacation to Sandestin!
