They were very welcoming. We got everything that we needed. Here’s an awesome place right around the corner from the beach and so much room. Showers were perfect. Kitchen was unbelievable. The hated pole and the green egg grill was the icing on the cake. Stay here you’ll be glad you did.

The golf cart and the fridge and the wine fridge and the tablet in the kitchen that tells you when laundry is done was all broken but outside of that the stay was good

This place was absolutely perfect for my family. Maybe the best beds that ive slept on when vacationing. This property was clean and spacious. The backyard led directly to the pool area which was great for the kids which also had tvs for entertainment and also had green eggs to grill food. Having the golf cart made this adventurous and fun for the children in which the beach was a quick three minute ride. Id recommended this place to anyone and if i come back i will definitely be stayi.g here

We will definitely be back! This place was perfect for our crew. The 12 year old boys were thrilled with the pond for fishing and the pool right at our back door. We loved having the golf cart for hauling our beach chairs and toys and kids to and from the beach. The teenagers were thrilled to have their own space where they could get away from the younger kids. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect. There isn’t a “bad” bedroom in the place. Everyone was so happy. My brother in law stayed 2 weeks before us and they raved about the place too. Perfection!

Beautiful home in a great location

Home is exactly as advertised - big and beautiful. We had 12 family members at the house - ranging in age from 1 to 67. Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was great for transporting gear to the beach. Pool was close and perfect for even the littlest one. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Loved our Stay at Take it Breezy

We had a fabulous stay at Take It Breezy. The home was well equipped for our large group. It was bright and breezy, along with great location. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and pool. Great kitchen as we had many cooks in the kitchen!! Outdoor space is very nice and looks over pond and fountain. Upstairs, we found that bed/baths combinations allowed for much privacy and comfort. Bedding, sheets, and towels all seemed brand new. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Home

We rented this house with family members. It has more than enough room! Beds felt like sleeping on clouds, lots of towels/dishes/cookware, couches were napworthy also. Host was very responsive to questions/issues. Pool/pond/girls just a few steps behind the house with its own gate. Highly recommend!

Take It Breezy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much so that we extended our stay by one day as it was available. The property was as advertised, clean and an abundance of room for everyone to spread out. Having enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all, the large kitchen and open living area, the patio, proximity to the pool, the golf cart all made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minuses...the game consoles on the second floor didn't work but no one missed them and the Dyson vacuum didn't work either - a minor inconvenience. It seems the birds have done a number on the outdoor patio furniture - but not an inconvenience. In all, I highly recommend Take It Breezy and I would definitely rent again/.

November 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful time!! So much so that we are coming back next year and renting 2 houses!! A big shout out to Sandy! She went the extra mile whenever we needed it! Our first time to the Destin area and we are hooked!!! All around fantastic time, property and weather!!! 5 stars!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: easy, great amenities! Overall a wonderful place to saty but a few things of note: The AC controller is on 1st floor for entire house which meant the 2nd floor folks were hot and the 3rd floor freezing....poor design. The kitchen was lacking supplies as well...we bought dish towels at the grocery and left them for the property to use. The only other complaint was that it seemed the wood floors arent being mopped properly between stays as everyone had black feet the second we arrived ( we left shoes outside to not track in dirt and sand).

Beach week

This was the perfect place for my friends and I!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and the house was amazing. We all fit very comfortably and the house was set up perfectly. Highly recommend!!

A wave from it all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful, a true vacation oasis and was a definite fit for our family! The arcades we're not functioning even after maintenance came to fix. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, but needed some dusting on light fixtures and the living room couch had seen better days. Overall though the stay was a good 4-5 rating and the customer service was great consiy it was the Christmas holiday.

Our family vacation

Overall the house was nice and with 18 people we all was comfy just had trouble with the tv downstairs and the tv in the kids room it was not working but over all it was a nice experience . And we meet some wonderful neighbors during our visit
