I think the bunk beds in the open area need some repairs. Feel that the beds are very uncomfortable. For paying to have a heated pool I didn’t think it was the disused temperature. Everything else was fine.

Great house and location!

Great house and location. Very convenient walk to the beach. Tons of sleeping space. Living room space was smaller but the pool made up for it! Very nicely located where people in the pool can still interact with the others in the living room and kitchen spaces. Lots of places to store luggage and totes you may be traveling with. Saw that someone else commented on the room that was closet sized with a bunk, my 2 younger teens enjoyed that space! They loved going in and closing the door and having their own out of the way place to chill. Stools in the living room didn't get used much because they aren't as comfy, but the long bench around the table got plenty of use as we played games in the evenings. Large master bath is convenient for all to use! Tip to travelers, remember to log out of your streaming services before you leave!

Decent vacation rental, but...

The vents were thick with dust. Property could definitely use a thorough, deep cleaning; maybe some mold remediation... also, the pool wasn't heated and neither refrigerator seemed to be cold enough for safe food storage. Otherwise, there was enough space for our group to be comfortable and very easy beach access.

Beach stay

House could use some updating things are showing a lot of wear and breaking down. Pool has issues and is cold. Beds are broken. Or breaking. House was pretty dirty when we arrived and the freezer don’t work it stays like the fridge. We had to clean the house. Second night we stayed there we noticed some bites on my nephew. I said it’s probably from the beach next day they woke up covered in bites. Checked their bed and it had bed bugs all over it. So in conclusion freezer don’t work pool is cold and worn out beds are breaking down or broke already and the property needs a good cleaning severely.New furniture outside. Half of it is falling apart. Rust literally everywhere. And the bugs….

Very disappointed

We were two families staying in this house with young children. The entire reason we booked this property was because the listing mentioned it had a heated pool - we stayed here during February, so planned to swim in the pool for our main activity.. Upon arrival, we discover that the pool was in fact ice cold. After calling property management, I learned that the heater was broken and would not be fixed for the duration of our stay. I was really baffled as to why property management couldn’t have discovered this and communicated it to us before, as we honestly would have cancelled the trip. So it was 2 families with 6 kids ranging from 6 months - 6 years, trapped in a very tiny beach house during wintertime. The condition of the house itself was also pretty poor. The floors were buckling everywhere, pool door alarm was not working, one of the closet doors was off its hinges, and one of the “bedrooms” was basically a closet - literally no windows and could only fit a one small suitcase (other than the bunk bed). I don’t even know how it could be considered a bedroom. The kitchen was also inadequately stocked - there were no pans, measuring cups, salt/pepper, and very few pots and dishes. To top it all off, a roach ran across the counter the first night we were there, with the lights on and people in the kitchen. It felt like a cheap college spring break condo. After our stay (which we cut short), management refused to give us any refund. Would not recommend.
